Just purchased a home and we knew there was some level of mice activity from inspection report. Had Orkin come out, because they serviced the property for prior owners, and quoted us $20k of work to get rid of the mice. We received many more quotes after, and everyone agreed it was minor, therefore minor fees. Orkin tried to take advantage of us being new home owners. Very disappointed to see this from a professional organization.

The service is so so but their customer service is atrocious. It takes over 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. They showed up to do service that I wanted to reschedule so it was not done but they still charged my credit card and still did not perform the service or not answering calls. Very unhappy with this business.
