If you have a pest control issue, I do not have a company I can recommend. However I am confident regarding who I would not let near my home and that is Terminix. We signed a contract with their salesmen Scott from the Naperville branch in June of 2022. We paid in full at this time and we’re assured our home entry points would be sealed off, inside cleaned, insulation removed and reinstalled upon mice termination in a two month period of time. I’m giving these guys 1-star because 0 isn’t an option. We needed a termite inspection for the sale of our home, so I called Terminix. After going thru a series of phone prompts and transfers, I was finally connected to a call center. Told the person what I needed and she said April 30th was the earliest available opening (5-days later), so I told her to book it for me and gave her my information. This company is a scam! They are very warm and welcoming when they are trying to get your business. The technician will come to your home in a matter of days but after the contract is signed they will ghost you. I've called customer services multiple times because I did not receive the service I paid for and they blatantly REFUSED to call me back. They scheduled to send a technician out to rectify the problem which resulted in me calling off work to be present and no one bother to show up or cal
