Sung is my favorite tech! the buildings I manage need a lot of care and detail. Sung has been working with my staff and I to remedy the issues and so far we are seeing improvements. I notice he has been personable with the ownership which really helps when it comes to hard convos about roaches and the like. Keep up the good work!

Sung our pest control guy has been amazing from the start. He’s consistent on time and he gets the job done the correct way. Every time I call or text he’s not too busy where he doesn’t answer back or redirect me to the right personal. He’s funny energetic and a great employee for any company. Since he been at Resurrection Hospital, he makes the bug business sound cool, and I HATE bugs. He is absolutely great.

On the routine visits, Phil addresses the exterior perimeters and all windows to prevent pests. I will also ask that the interior be addressed as necessary.
