If you have a pest control issue, I do not have a company I can recommend. However I am confident regarding who I would not let near my home and that is Terminix. We signed a contract with their salesmen Scott from the Naperville branch in June of 2022. We paid in full at this time and we’re assured our home entry points would be sealed off, inside cleaned, insulation removed and reinstalled upon mice termination in a two month period of time. Have been using Orkin service for 5+ years. Tech Steve M (Elk Grove Ofc) has been our home tech for most of that time. First met Steve when he was assigned to our house because of an ant and flying ant (Carpenter ants) infestation in our family room one year. We figured out the ants probably appeared because of a recent new sliding door replacement and the subsequent disturbing of walls during the door installation process. Sung our pest control guy has been amazing from the start. He’s consistent on time and he gets the job done the correct way. Every time I call or text he’s not too busy where he doesn’t answer back or redirect me to the right personal. He’s funny energetic and a great employee for any company. Since he been at Resurrection Hospital, he makes the bug business sound cool, and I HATE bugs. He is absolutely great.

Phil from Anderson is very conscientious and thoroughly knowledgeable. He knows exactly what to do to address any pest matter. On the routine visits, Phil addresses the exterior perimeters and all windows to prevent pests. I will also ask that the interior be addressed as necessary.
