Have been using Orkin service for 5+ years. Tech Steve M (Elk Grove Ofc) has been our home tech for most of that time. First met Steve when he was assigned to our house because of an ant and flying ant (Carpenter ants) infestation in our family room one year. We figured out the ants probably appeared because of a recent new sliding door replacement and the subsequent disturbing of walls during the door installation process. Orkin sent me a racist technician that asked if the person who lived in the trailor before me was Mexican, because "They just have a lot of roaches." He did not listen to the issue I am having. He did little to no work and I have been charged $190 dollars. I feel like I have been robbed and insulted. I have contaced them twice already since, and I'm waiting to hear back from them. There was confusion on Orkin’s technician first visit. They thought they were doing a follow up. We were forced to call customer service to schedule an actual first appointment. We were given a 2 hour window, and the technician never showed. Another conversation with customer service provided no resolution. Customer service escalated to the branch and assured us that we would get a call. 24 hours no response. Another call, another assurance we would get a call. Another 24 hours no response. O
