Windy City Bed Bug Specialists did an outstanding job helping my dad get rid of a bed bug issue quickly and effectively. The owner was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate my dad on what to do before and after the service to fully resolve the problem. What really stood out was the follow-up—he checked in after the treatment to make sure everything was still going well. My dad couldn’t come to my house or other family member’s homes until he was bug free. It was so hard on the family and especially my elderly dad. My dad is now completely bug free and we’re so happy to have him back around the family. Excellent experience and worth every penny!

This review is a long time in the making. During my Thanksgiving break of 2024, I discovered bed bugs in my bedroom. I called Windy City Bed Bug Specialists and got connected with Vladimir (Vlad), who scheduled an appointment THAT SAME WEEKEND. He performed an assessment of my cases, determining that I had a small-going-to medium-sized infestation of bed bugs around my mattress. After working with me to get infested items bagged and out of my apartment, he stayed and gave very useful information and a quick education on bed bugs before scheduling a follow visit a week later for treatment of the infected area. Following the treatment, and over the next month or so, I continued to find a few bed bugs here and there (but they were all dead). I called or e-mailed Vlad each time I did, and he provided assurances each time that his treatment was working. Here I am, almost a year later, with no bed begs in sight for over 10 months. My favorite part about working with Vlad was that he was VERY RESPONSIVE to all of my questions and concerns during and immediately after the treatment process, and even after treatment was long done. Plus, he even responded to an e-mail of mine on a day that the business was closed. That is superior client service! I would highly recommend Vlad and Windy City Bed Bug Specialists.

Vladimir, the owner, was fantastic, start to finish. When we talked on the phone, he thoroughly explained his approach and was very knowledgeable. I felt at ease right away. He was available for additional questions I had later that day. I was able to book an appointment very quickly. when Vlad arrived, he took his time to explain all that he would be doing and what we needed to do once he was gone. We also booked the second appointment for 8 days later, which is included in the price of service. I received a detailed report after he left the house. Today was our second treatment, and he delivered the same professional and wonderful service. I just now got our second report, and all is looking good. I appreciate Vlad so much for his professionalism and services when I was living in a studio apartment 9 months ago and discovered the very early signs of a bed bug problem. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and professional. He spent an hour on the phone with me, walking me through what to expect, how his treatment works, and what the price would be. He came the very next morning. The treatment itself was thorough, and he did an excellent job explaining everything along the way. Afterward, he provided a detailed post-treatment report, including photos and evidence of the issue. Compared to bigger pest control companies, Vlad stood out for being straightforward, honest, and fairly priced. He really helped me at a time when the apartment management wasn’t taking the issue seriously, and I’m incredibly grateful. He was very patient with me during a very stressful time. I highly recommend his services as you’ll be peace of mind and can sleep at night!

there are no words for how much i appreciate Vlad and his services. i called him in early April almost in tears and fully overwhelmed with the idea of having to eradicate bed bugs from our apartment, and he managed to come that same day to confirm that we had an infestation and treat it. although he warned us it was possible in between the two treatments (which he performs about ten to fourteen days apart), i didn't experience another bite from that day on! Vlad's calm and friendly demeanor made all the difference. he talked me and my landlords through the process in such detail and with such a clear sense of next steps that there was no doubt that he would take care of the issue. tbh if Vlad ever needs people to go to war for him, i'll enlist.
