I can’t say enough good things about Ronnie at Rose Pest Solutions. From the moment he arrived, he was proactive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of offering a quick fix, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the property, explain exactly what was happening, and walk us through a clear plan to solve the issue. Carlos was very knowledgeable. He explained every device that was being put down to assure that it was child safe as well as pet friendly. He also did another thorough inspection beside the initial inspection and discovered other places that were missed. And could eventually cause issues., he sealed the small hole right then and there until I can get Tuck pointer out. I really hope he’s our regular guy, I trust our establishment in his hands.

On two separate occasions, I received a text letting me know of an upcoming termite inspection visit, and on both dates, no one showed up or called. Weeks later, I received a call from someone trying to schedule the inspection visit, and I let them know about their no-show appointments. He assured me that someone should show up for this appointment. The third reschedule came around, and I called that morning to confirm, only to be told they saw me on the schedule for that day. I waited, and the appointment time passed, so I called again and was told that I was on the schedule for the following day instead. That was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor, and I got the runaround. I leave for work and get a call from a service provider saying they're 15 minutes away, so I do a U-turn. The service provider was supposed to inspect the whole crawlspace; he was only down there for a minute. The service provider is on his way out, and I let him know how disappointed I am in the whole service, and he assures me that a manager will contact me and that I will get a discount on the visit fee. I did not get a call from the manager or any discount. My 10-year termite contract states that I am to pay a set amount a year, but it looks like they raised my price this year. I took off work three times and got the run-around. This is not the first time this has happened with them.
