After Several days of email exchanges we agreed on a time and date for service. Then 2 days before the appt I was told that date wasn't available. When I said I could only do the date we agreed on " somebody called last minute" but now I have a 4 instead of 2 hour window. When I agreed to that timeframe I was then told that I need to Zelle $200 to secure the appt. I refused and asked " If You decide not to show up, what are my remedies for a refund" of which I was not given an answer. Sketchy way to do business, I'll pass...

I contacted Easy Way on a Sunday morning after hearing persistent noises in our wall overnight that sounded like an animal attempting to get through. I wasn’t certain was it was, and their listing indicated they handled rodents. Since the animal was unknown and inside the walls, we agreed to schedule an inspection for Monday at their earliest availability. I asked for a specific time, but was told the technician would reach out directly. I also mentioned that if I located another company that could come sooner, I would contact them to cancel — but I was not able to find another service and therefore did not cancel. On Monday, I did not receive any contact from Easy Way. By Tuesday morning, I attempted to follow up, but calls from my number to easy way’s number (the one listed on their Google account) did not seem to connect. It’s possible my number was inadvertently blocked, but I have no way of confirming. Out of frustration with what I perceived as a no-call, no-show and inability to reach them, I left a one-star review. Shortly afterward, I received a call from an employee who quickly became angry about my review. Unfortunately, the conversation was not productive due to the tone of the call. I understand that miscommunications can occur, but I have left many reviews — positive and negative — and have never been contacted in such a manner. Based on my call back, my original one-star rating remains. To easy way response: I tried to call multiple times that morning with no success. The angry employee called me during work hours right before a meeting so yes I did not have time for that then.

Matt, <br><br>We are sorry that you decided to reach out to Google reviews instead of simply giving us a call back and confirming that the appointment was made in the first place. It wasn't. If we schedule an appointment with our customers, we always show up. Missed appointments are a problem for our schedule as much for our customer's and we value their time as much as we expect for our customers to value our time.<br><br>There was a case of miscommunication and frankly reaching out for one star review instead of dialing a number and confirming the information seems to be a little excessive. You said you couldn't reach us, but you also mentioned that there might be a problem with your phone line as well. Maybe confirming that the problem was on your side first would be a better choice than leaving a bad review ? <br><br>Frustration can be understood, and you can voice your displeasure, but one star reviews are usually used for businesses that put your security in danger or people who are extremely rude and unprofessional, we don't think that we provided that kind of experience to you and we sure think that one star reviews are saved for things mentioned above, not for something you experienced in this case. As you can imagine small businesses depend on ratings and the experience you had with us, bad or not, did not deserve this one.<br><br>You can understand our employees frustration about the fact that we got the bad review simply because our customer did not understand what we told them.<br>We listen to the recording of your conversation with our call center about the bad review and we did not hear anything out of the order from our employee, aside from frustration in their tone, which would be understandable in given circumstances. <br><br>We also heard that you were completely unwilling to elaborate on your one star review that was initially left with no comments because you claimed you "have no time for this". We had a problem with flying beetles at our new house and after doing some research and feeling like we got a reasonable quote from Easy Way Pest Control we scheduled to have them come spray our home. The chemicals they use are kid and pet friendly and are EFFECTIVE! We have not seen any more of the beetles (apart from a handful of dead ones) since the initial treatment and a follow-up treatment was included in the price. Their customer service and Chris our technician was great! Definitely recommend.

I would like to express my appreciation for Alex's professional service. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and took the initiative to thoroughly address all of my questions. During his visit, he skillfully applied cooper wool and strategically positioned sticky traps throughout the house to effectively manage any pest issues. In addition, Alex diligently inspected the property for any potential entry points, carefully sealing as many holes as he could find to prevent further infestations. He also placed bait boxes around the exterior of the house, ensuring a comprehensive approach to pest control. His attention to detail and commitment to addressing our concerns truly made a difference! With his guidance I was able to figure out if he missed the hole how to plug it and place traps as well!

I contacted them via email and had a technician out within 48 hours- super fast and easy to schedule. Alex, our technician, is wonderful. He took the time to explain how the baiting worked and went around our property to identify and even fixed several potential entry spots for rodents. Highly recommend their services!

Disappointed and Overcharged – Not Worth It I had a very frustrating experience with this pest control company. They came out, put down a few traps, and stuffed some copper wool into a couple of cracks—nothing I couldn’t have done myself. They didn’t even fill all the gaps they initially promised to address. The tech was at my house for about an hour. I was quoted between $400–$500, but when the visit was over, they tried to charge me $490. I asked if we could make it $400 since it was a quick visit, and the technician agreed, saying, “You're my first visit of the day.” I appreciated that—at the time. But when I called to schedule my follow-up visit, I was shocked. David was rude and told me they wouldn’t come back out until I paid the full $490. He made no effort to honor the $400 that was agreed upon and treated me as if I were trying to avoid paying, which couldn’t be further from the truth. If you’re dealing with a rat problem, you’re honestly better off buying a few traps and some steel wool yourself. That’s all they did. Save your money and avoid the hassle.

I’m a very disappointed customer. I spent $850 for my house to be inspected and treated for bedbugs. They told me I had to pay upfront before they did anything and that was my first red flag. Nevertheless I processed with the process I wanted the problem handle. The man that treated my house told me that I would have to have 3 treatments every two weeks for the issue to be handled it. This started April of 2024. After that treatment I still seen the bedbugs so I called again they told me I would to pay $650 a discounted rate for them to come out again. This was a shock to me because I had already spent money on getting plastic covers , professional carpet cleaners and everything thing else they told me to get for the house. Now it’s August and I still have bedbugs. It’s just very frustrating because I still have to call someone else and probably play the same thing or more to get the problem fixed. I feel like I got scam I’m back where I stated. ANYONE THAT READS THIS DO NOT HIRE THEM ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Why do some people give this company a 5-star rating? It's such a terrible company. They talk a big game but don't deliver. They promised to deal with the bugs, but they didn't. "Furthermore, the first time they came, they rushed to collect payment before completing the job. Many areas were left untreated." The second time I came, they claimed the restaurant was closed and just left without bothering to call and check. When I did reach out again, they wanted to charge me more."

Did not want to work with me. Turned me down after I said I had bites from 2018 and I could not find bodies of what's biting me. They are picking and choosing what to deal with and what not to. That's not a good professional Charlatans

Given the fact you've had this issue since 2018 it was clear bed bugs were likely not the issue and we were trying to spare you an inspection fee. This was explained to you in an email response and on the phone, hope you are able to get to bottom of your on going issue, best of luck!

I used easy way to get rid of a mouse problem. They came out 3 times and the moise problem persists and I have had to hire another company to take care of it. They were nice enough when they came in just did not get the results I paid for.

Hi Franklin, since you had high infestation ( that means mice are present and droppings all over the house for a long period) we baited and sealed entry points, there were few spots in your house that needed to be sealed professionally ( handy man service) and we wrote that in service report after 1st service, on follow up visit technician again told you personally that those gaps needs to be sealed professionally otherwise there is really nothing can be done to prevent them from coming in, and when you called again we offered you free 3rd service, and guess what still nothing sealed.<br>Conclusion:<br>We need to work as a team together to resolve issue.

worst experience of my life. Like dealing with a grown child. Did not get rid of bed bugs. Made us feel like we were bothering him all the time. Did not honor guarantee he promised us once he could not fulfil his duty. He told us there weren’t any more bed bugs even though I was getting bit all the time?? Can you believe it?!?! He was so petty about things ranging from honoring a scheduled appointment to requesting another copy of a reciept to the actual removal of bed bugs! We are now bed bug free thanks to rose pests solution. Do yourself and me (because I genuinely have a strong distaste for this man. He made a very stressful situation much worse) a favor and don’t go to this man!
