I had a bedbug emergency for my rentals. Unfortunately one of my tenants mentioned that they were getting bites at night. I was calling several companies on the weekend and everyone insisted I waited tilMonday. I tried this company ‘Bedbug Exterminator Chicago’ and I spoke with Jovon and he assured me that he would come out that same Saturday evening to inspect and possibly treat that same day. After a thorough inspection it was confirmed bedbugs. He advised that a heat treatment is the most effective solution for bedbug eradication. It’s been a couple of months since he did the heat treatment and my tenants haven’t felt bites or seen any activity. Love the service that was provided!!

I called this company on a Saturday, and made an appointment for Monday. They took my name, email, address. I had my husband take off work for the appointment. Monday came and went, they never came, never called. My husband called them and the guy said "oh. uh. we had truck trouble. we can come tomorrow." We decided then and there we would never feel confident in their work. That evening someone called me, from New York, trying to schedule the pest control appointment with us. I told him that we had called and made the appointment on Saturday for Monday and they no showed without any call. He said that it was a misunderstanding that the guy who made that appointment didn't know that he had to schedule at least two days out. It was all weird and unprofessional. And that same day I started getting a ton of random spam too, not sure if that would be related but if they are using a third party very possible. Anyways, the point of all of this is that if you are stressed out about a potential bug situation, this is not the company to ease your woes.

I recently had a bed bug infestation in my apartment and called Bed Bug Chicago for help. They were professional, prompt, and thorough. Their team did a fantastic job and I haven't had any issues since. Highly recommended!

I called to get pricing for an exterminator to come out an once the guy asked what was my zipcode he said they do not service in my area any more I ask why and he hung up in my face very unprofessional and very racial I will never reccomend them to anyone

I payed $400 for Tony to come and exterminate my place for bed bugs. After I paid him He did not give me a receipt which was very unprofessional. (He exterminated my place before successfully so I didn’t think much of it.) I called him a month Later to let him know I was still getting bit and he ignored my call and sent me a text a few hours later instead saying that he would call me for my next appointment. It has now been 3 months. I will never use his company ever again. Also Im thinking about taking legal action especially since I had to hire another exterminator.

I hate writing bad reviews. But I'm extremely upset with the service provided. I'll explain, when I first called this service they seemed eager to get the job done. They sent two guys younger than myself which it's ok but I'm 21. I guess that's not a big issue, aside from the fact that they said that this was their 3rd house... cool! The service was 400$ which was not an issue if the job was going to get done and finished. They proceed to come three times like they promised. The last time Tony literally rushed and "finished" the job. I called two months later because I saw a bed bug and Tony had said my warranty expired two days ago. Which I felt was a bit rude that he pointed that out especially since it had only been two days and I paid the 400$ +tipped the guys. He said that it was ok and he would still send someone to spray again. No one ever showed up! And when I called Tony he said "what? The guy never showed up?" And that he would give me a call me. He never did. The following day i called from a different number and he was surprise since he had been ignoring my calls the previous day. Tony never sent no one nor answered my phone calls ever again. I felt that if someone is paying a couple hundred dollars for a service a courtesy answer would be polite. Do not recommend at all!! A waste of 400$ SMH
