Used this company 5 yrs back & they did a great service, this time around the rodent problem didn't go away, Ive called/text & he said he will come by but never did, spent $300 for nothing, now I find out I could buy a pound of the poison for $25, go to a professional that at least will honor the so called Guarantee, don't throw away your $$ this is why the only good reviews are years ago back when they had good service

This Business is the absolute WORST....let me start with the phone etiquette, so when you call to schedule an appointment.. YOU have to ASK if this is Southwest Pest control because they just say Hello, no greeting or NOTHING. I was scheduled for a consultation took off work to be home for the consultation, and no one showed, I wasn't even given a courtesy call that I needed to reschedule. Very unprofessional, I would never recommend this "company" This is what happens when you try to support your "Own"

This company continues to be my go-to for termite services. Josephine in the office is extremely professional and is fabulous to work with. She has taken care of several cases for me and I will continue to recommend Southwest Pest Control Co because of the positive experiences they have consistently delivered.

I had this company come out to my house right before ant season. Every spring , I'd have centipedes, water bugs, small spiders and ants. It has been about 3 months now, and Im free of bugs... I'm highly satisfied with the service. The men who came out here were very respectful and professional. I will be a repeat customer and recommend this company.
