Ants are a yearly problem in our neighborhood, but when a swarm of flying ants invaded our bedroom one night last summer, I called as many exterminators as I could. Craig was the first to offer help over the phone and schedule me for the following day. He treated the outside and inside of our home and explained the entire process while working. He is courteous, thorough, and professional. In this time of COVID, he wore a mask, booties, and stayed socially distant throughout. We didn't see ants again in the house the rest of 2020. This year, we called him at the first sight of ants. Then when a family member needed help with rodents, we called him again. Brandi picked up regarding the rodent treatment and thoroughly explained the process and pricing over the phone. Once again, Craig was timely, friendly, and continued to deliver excellent service. I would recommend Royal Pest Elimination to anyone looking for these services.

Nobody wants to be in a situation with an infestation, but Craig came in and was very knowledgeable about the situation and put me at ease. There’s a stigma of “you have to get rid of everything” once you get bed bugs. Definitely wasn’t our experience with Royal Pest! He came in and treated everything and we’ve been clear ever since. If ever necessary I would definitely use his services again.

We called Royal Pest Elimination after we saw a mouse in our kitchen. Craig came to our home and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough inspection, set up bait and traps and sealed up potential entry points. So far so good. Haven’t seen any signs of mice activity for the past 2 months. Will definitely use their services again if needed.

My roommates and I ran in to a mouse issue very early in the morning around 3am. Panicked, we googled to find a 24/7 exterminator and Royal Pest was at the top of the list. Craig was fantastic. He was so thorough in answering all of our questions and educating us on the situation at hand. This was a first for all of us, so we appreciated his patience as we tried to understand everything that was going on. He set traps, filled holes and let us know exactly what we needed to look for as we were tried to get rid of our mouse problem. And the traps caught one almost 2 weeks later! Just like Craig said. He was quick to come the day of and remove the body from the house and set more traps as well. Honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without him. There was no way I would have been comfortable sleeping in my apartment until morning when I was able to contact my landlord. The 24 hour option was beyond clutch and really eased our minds when he came out in the middle of the night. I would highly recommend Craig and his services if you need help with exterminating any issues. He’s prompt and professional and my favorite part is that the company is black owned. Craig was very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Scheduling was a breeze and the application only took about 45 minutes. So far, so good, our ant problem appears to be solved, but I trust that even if we do have ants again he'll come back out for no extra charge. Highly recommended!
