I actually agreed about pest solution service which quoted me $25 less money then Ahmed did, however Ahmed’s confidence in his craft over the phone impressed me so much that the business is his, and he didn’t disappoint. He is a master of his craft indeed, his background and knowledge in chemistry makes him stand out among other pest control business’.

Excellent service. Super thorough, professional, and attentive. Unlike the big companies, he’s not trying to just scam you into some subscriptions service. He wanted to really help and make sure the issue was actually addressed.

Can I give 20 stars?!? Ahmed answered the phone on the first try. I told him about a mouse problem in our condo that we rent out in Rogers Park. My tenant had caught 5 mice in the same week so there was a real issue. Ahmed showed up the next morning, set bait and traps and did what he could to cover any holes. He called and gave me a detailed explanation of the work he did in addition to sending me lots of pictures. That was about two weeks ago and my tenant has not seen a mouse since. And to top it off, for the quality of service I found his rate to be very reasonable. Service like this is hard to find these days!! Thank you again Ahmed!

Very responsive! I had a rat enter my home and Promax was at my house within the hour. When the rat was caught, they removed the traps for me. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend Promax. I called on NYE after a late night rat intrusion, and Ahmed was able to come out that morning and set traps and direct towards the access hole. He was extremely courteous, professional, and walked me through the whole process. I'd highly recommend Promax for any pest control needs.

Ahmed is the top expert in pest control. He went out of his way to meet me outside of his typical service area, and gave me the opportunity to work alongside him. The big difference with his pest company is that they find points of entry, seal these points so pests can no longer enter, and exterminate the pests that are already occupying your space. They also make sure to explain everything and are welcoming to any questions or concerns you might have. Definitely keeping Promax on speed dial just in case, they are reliable and efficient in what they do!

Great service and value! Ahmed assisted us with extermination of roaches today and he was wonderful to work with. He answered our phone call in a very timely matter and immediately set up an appointment a few days later. I appreciated that he asked us questions about our roach situation to make sure we received the appropriate level of care. Upon arrival, Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure our pest situation was under control. He went the extra mile to explain what he was doing any why he was doing it. We had a few very curious kids on site and he was very kind to them while cautioning them against touching the pest spray. Overall, I absolutely recommend his services to anyone. Amazing responsiveness, we called late on a weekend when we heard scratching behind our walls and ceiling. Was willing to come out at a time they weren't typically taking calls. Very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Hopefully we won't need their services again, but if we do, this will be our first call.

Ahmed was able to come out to my house within two hours of me calling him. He sprayed for wasps, and even helped out on the inside of my home as well. Will definitely use again (though I hope I don't have to!)

Seriously, look no further. I thought all 5 stars?? Must be too good to be true. I was wrong, this service met and exceeded my expectations. Ahmed is thorough, professional, fair, attentive to your needs and incredibly kind. I was disappointed that the place I moved into had fleas, but Ahmed took care of this thoroughly and put my mind at ease. He was very attentive, communicative and did such a great job. His quotes were very fair and he takes great pride in his work. After conversing with Ahmed it was evident that he deeply understands the science behind pest management. Highly recommended and would for sure use this service again!

I called him for treatment at my parents tenants basement, and he came promptly (Same day) and explained everything thoroughly to my mother and I (via the phone because I was not able to be present). I have used Promax twice now. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the quick response to service and quality/care of visit to my home. There is no contract required, and best of all after the first visit, I really like that I can just text when I need service. Additionally, Ahmed is a very personable guy and gives confidence that your home is well taken of whether it is for prevention and/or a problem.

Promax is simply the best! I’ve used them twice now and have had same-day service without extra cost. After Orkin showed up without the proper tools and couldn’t do the job, I called Promax and they showed up an hour later the same evening and for less cost. I will only use Promax going forward.

Great experience with ProMax. Really responsive and easy to work with, reasonable prices. He did a full house bug spray for us after moving into a new place and we've been using them ever since. Highly recommend.
