We had a rat problem in our restaurant storage area, and Natalie was amazing. She showed up early in the morning before opening hours and worked discreetly so it didn’t interrupt our business. Natalie located all entry points and sealed them immediately. She also set up traps and explained everything clearly. Within a few days, there were no more signs of rats. Her quick and professional service helped us stay compliant and clean. I can’t thank her enough for her efficiency.
