Did not help with mice issue nor resolved our problem. Expensive, would not recommend. Do your research and hire reputable company.

Horrible experience. I called the non-emergency police in ElmwoodPark. I thought I told him I needed animal control because I had a suffering raccoon under my backyard deck. He gives me Pest Corp number. The guy comes out and I show him where the raccoon is. The raccoon was shaking, and looked like it was in pain and suffering. The guy puts down the cage or trap, and drops a couple of marshmallows before the cage and inside it. He then tells me it cost$145.00 I was in shock thinking this was a free service. I write the guy a check, and he says it will cost $65 to pick up the raccoon. As I was thinking about what happened I got angry. I called the guy later that day, and told him to pick up his cage because I was going to leave the raccoon alone, and not pay $65 to trap it. He said he would come the next day but didn't show up. The raccoon died on my sidewalk, Tuesday, and had snow on top of it. I called the guy to come get his cage he never did. The cage was dropped off Monday and picked up late Thursday. The guy made no attempt to catch the raccoon, Monday. He seen it shaking, and just walks away. I called animal control because I didn't want to see the raccoon suffer. I didn't need to see a guy show how inhumane he was to the raccoon. If you like raccoons and don't want to see them suffer don't call this place. I wanted to give this review no stars, but it won't post if I leave off the star. That's why there is 1 star. They don't deserve one star. What a sad experience. Raccoons suffer just like humans. I called in the first place because it was crying in pain.
