Armando came out Sunday afternoon to remove a wasps nest from our deconnect circuit breaker for our AC which is on a 3rd floor roof. He was incredibly professional, and we were able to get our AC back up and running. We will definitely use Armando again if we need pest control.

He came to exterminator bed bugs and didn't. He just came and left and would not call me back for the following up. 2000 given and gone with issue the same

As everyone else mentioned before, Armando is very unprofessional. We hired him multiple times (we had many pests in our home), and he always came back... until he didn't. We called him for a follow-up 2 weeks ago, and he has been ignoring our calls and messages. We waited for him to come all day, and never showed up. Now we are actively looking for a new exterminator that will actually be consistent with his communication and will show up. Avoid him at all cost.

They will flake and not show up for services under warranty once you pay for the initial service.

Waste of time, their operators are not licensed for pesticide application in the state of illinois.

No follow up, ignores calls and has excuses if he does answer.

Desperate about the bed bugs, I started searching online and found this person who was very kind and professional at first. After the first fumigation, a second one was scheduled, and he even said a third one would be possible if necessary for the same price. However, after the first time, he never returned. He doesn't answer my calls or messages. The one time he did answer, he just said he had an emergency. Now, after reading the reviews, I think he always does the same thing. My recommendation is that if you hire him, don't pay the full amount. Pay in installments until he completes the job.

DO NOT USE. As many have stated, Armando is really good at taking the first call, setting up the traps, and taking your payment. However, he completely ghosts you after. We scheduled 3 follow up visits to complete the job and every call has gone to voicemail, which he ignores. It's extremely unprofessional. We had success with his business partner but Armando is a no-no. And now we're scrambling to find another company to pick up the pieces asap. It's an extremely disappointing level of services.

I used pest control service from this company. They are very helpful and provide extended warranty for their services. They are ready to help me to identify the source of pest issues to resolve it. I would recommend their services if you have any pest control issues.

Terrible company to obtain business from. Unorganized, don’t respond accordingly, and hangs up the phone when trying to express your concerns about them.

Do not use them. Armando did one service, took my money and never answered again for the follow up appointment that was already paid for. Very disappointed in this company and how I was treated. I never leave reviews but felt I needed to so other people do not make the same mistake as me in using them

Armando answered quickly and got us set up for the next day on a Sunday. Had a four hour timeframe from 2p-6pm for arrival. Called at 349pm to say having car trouble. And never heard back again. I hope he's okay. It's 805pm and no returned calls or texts.

As others have mentioned, it is extremely difficult to get this company to complete the job. They show up in the event of an emergency, bait and trap, and charge for expedited services. However, the follow-up is non existent. I have also heard the "dog contracted botulism" excuse and I understood, but there has been a string of unanswered calls and texts, about a months worth now, for this service to complete what they have started. I just calculated that I have spent 1,440 on this company in the last 3 months, and I am still experiencing problems with rodents in my unit. Armando is a nice, friendly person, but is a bit too disorganized to be a reliable partner in pest control moving forward.

We called a few places and could not get a hold of someone to come out especially around the evening time. We needed to figure out what was in our apartment. Luckily we came across this hidden gem. Not only was Armando responsive he was also very knowledgeable, everyone in our household was impressed. We thought we would be paying an arm and a leg for someone to come out last minute but their price was reasonable along with the treatment. Armando gave us tips and alternative routes on the after care. Thank you for taking the time to come out and help our family out especially at that time of night. We will definitely consider your business next time and will be referring our friends and family. The problem is gone, and as of now so are our uninvited guests(pigeons).

In the beginning Armando was very nice, did his job and helped us with our bed bug infestation. We scheduled for our 2nd appointment and he didn't come, the next day I call him he said he had an emergency, so I understood and asked if he can come friday or monday. Now he is not responding at all not answering my calls or answering my messages. This is very disappointing and frustrating as it has caused my mom and I stress. We are finding more bed bugs and are scared that we will not kill all these bed bugs and Armando has still not showed up to do the second spray. I am very upset, we paid full price the first day which was $400 and i regret it now. I recommend you not to call this guy because he will not get the job done. If half of my money isn't returned, I will be reporting this to the police because this is a scam, a waste of time and ridiculously stressful.

We have used them for a few years, but something has changed. In the last few months, they have been so unresponsive and unreliable. In fact, I scheduled them to come fix our ant problem and they confirmed it, and then they didn’t even show up! I followed up after and they never even responded. Totally unreliable.

They do not finish the job! I contacted them for a rat problem in my yard. They quoted me $300 to put out bait traps and this included a follow up appointment to refill them. The day they were supposed to come, no one showed up. He called later that day and said that his dog had gotten sick. I understood and we rescheduled. He came to the initial appointment and placed 3 bait traps, filled them up, etc. We scheduled an appointment the following week for him to come back and refill them. He sent a confirmation text and it was written on the reciept. The day of the appointment came and went. I tried calling, emailing, texting, and sending messages through their Facebook page but they will not respond. Very disappointing.

Henry was AMAZING today. He went above and beyond to fix a pest issue at my rental property. I was only expecting him to lay traps down and come back in a week or so like many pest control companies. He got to the root cause of the problem. Searching and finding the point of entry of where the pests were coming in. Not only did he seal the point of entry of where the pests were coming in, he checked my crawl space put traps and left the area spotless. I am very happy with the job done today, the affordable pricing and the customer experience he provided. Don’t hesitate to call and make appointments with them, it will be worth it.

Do not use this service. I booked them for my elderly Aunt. Was given a 2 hour window and the technician Armando never showed up, never called us to let us know he couldn't make the appointment. When I called the number back his business partner answered and couldn't give me any information. Just that he would be back tomorrow?? Didn't seem too concerned about the fact that my elderly Aunt was sitting waiting over 3 hours for the technician that didn't show up. Definitely will not be using them!!

Good service. They were quick, knowledgeable and effective. Update: They came out to fix a bedbug issue that a tenant inadvertently brought in to my place. They came out quick initially but after the tenants came back afterwards there was still an issue shortly afterwards and they provided a 90 day warranty. I called and Armando set up a time to come back out and deal with it but he did not show up and left the tenant hanging. After that it was extremely difficult for me to even reach him let alone for him to come back out. In the end I figured that this company will only do a reasonable job the first time and if the problem is not solved good luck trying to get them to resolve the issue. It’s sad because my initial impression was positive but in the end after paying around $700 and the lack of communication it really soured me on their service.

Pest Control Chicagoland is literally on my speed dial since I moved to this neighborhood. They have helped me deal with rodents. Last week, I found a rodent couple residing in the attic. I did not want to scare them away so I called Pest Control Chicagoland for doing it professionally and in a humane way. They were at my house the day I called them. Within one hour they installed some traps. The rodents tried to come but got away in a while. I am not in favor of rodent shocks so this was a favorable option for me.

Great initial service. No follow-up/ghosted me.
