INTENSE! Pest Control

I spotted a bug problem and they came over the same day. They laid traps too so I could see if I needed the extra service (included no extra charge) for another treatment which I did not need. If I need a bug or pest solution this is who I would call.

I called and He came in less than 20 mins. Keith came and pointed out all the holes where a mice could be entering and threw out old traps for me. Really great job

This Pest Control Service is THE BEST you will EVER find! I live in a 3-story, multi-unit apartment complex in South Shore, Chicago. I was out of town for 3 weeks and came back to find MICE DROPPINGS in my kitchen! I was disgusted! My building has an exterminator on call but I refused to wait and be bogged down with red tape. I went to Google and typed in “exterminators near me.” One of the first listings was INTENSE! Pest Control. Since my problem was "INTENSE," you know who I called! :-) I called early the very next morning and was AMAZED to get a SAME DAY PM appointment. Keyth D. showed up and IMMEDIATELY began to survey my ENTIRE apartment. He found the mouse entry points and immediately plugged them. He then laid strategically placed trapping throughout. He then FULLY EXPLAINED the process, what to expect going forward, as well as next steps. Sure enough -- within 1 to 2 days, the TRAPS WORKED!!! I called Keyth, reported my results, and he soon returned to complete the removal process. I was THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED. PLEASE --- DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME calling other companies. Professional, Reliable, and Great Customer Service I’ve had such a smooth experience with Intense Pest Control. From the very first call, the person handling the phone was incredibly professional, helpful, and patient even when I had to reschedule a couple of times due to changes on my end. They were always accommodating and followed through without issue. Quincy, the technician who came out, was excellent, he took the time to explain things clearly and handled the situation efficiently. I’ve used them since I moved into my townhome about 4 years ago and they are always quick to try and fit us in. I called Friday and they were here Monday morning. I live in Evanston and appreciate them coming all they way here. My in-laws have been using them as well for the past couple years. They did outside, inside and the garage. Everyone that comes is really polite and respectful. They even go behind the stove to check out what’s behind there. The best part it’s pet friendly but still effective. Definitely try them out!!!

Wonderful service! I have used their services twice this year, and they are absolutely efficient at killing infestations. When purchasing my new home, the previous renters left behind a mean roach infestation. I used many service providers prior to Intense! Pest Control, to no real avail. However, after one service with Intense! the infestation was no more. Their 30 day guarantee, was really truly for good measure and peace of mind. Months later no return. We have used a large pest control company for years and have realized that they weren't helping with our mice issue. Quincy from Intense came out and spent nearly two hours with me going over what our prior pest control company did, helped find entry points and plug them, explained how Intense set bait traps, and how they would stop them from following their usual trails through our place. His confidence in his work and knowledge made me feel more at ease, and not just by placating me so I would keep up a contract. This was just the first visit but I am very impressed.

The technicians explained everything to me every step of the way. Very polite and professional. I even told them that I felt filthy for having bedbugs and was told you don't have to feel that way because you can pick them up from anywhere CTA or even Uber or Lyft. If I ever have this kind of issue again and I hope I don't but if do know who to call!

Paid for unlimited monthly service. Came out once for initial appointment, tried to make another appointment seeing it was more rodent activity, the guy Keith never came. Did a terrible job patching the holes on the outside as well. The traps didn’t catch anything, they haven’t touched the poison, we still have rodents, & is out of $230.
