They was two expensive

They went above and beyond my expectations! He answered all of my questions (I had a lot!). He explained everything he was doing and why, and then what to do when he finished (vacuuming) so this permanently gets rid of the fleas (I'd never dealt with this issue!). If all of their technicians are as knowledgeable and nice as him, I will only call them for any future bed bug critter problem I have! Thank you!

There is a confusion between two companies. It seems that the company which cheated with me (took my $875 and did not provide service) is not this one. The owner called me and explained the situation. That's why I am changing my old bad review.

Used this service given the google reviews, but after my experience, I'm wondering how they managed to receive the good reviews. We ordered a termite inspection in order to buy a house. The one picked up the phone call sounded so lazy and unwilling to do business. He promised to email back an order confirmation in hours but I had to call again after 6 hours for the email. Besides when I joked that it's a good business to earn $125 within 10 minutes, the guy formally answered "No it's not for the service, it's for the report you need." I was truly shocked at his answer. Given their attitude I didn't want to pay untill I see how they do inspection. On the inspecton day, we got to the place at scheduled time, we waited and couldn't see anyone from them. When we called they claimed they did inspection 1 and half hour ago alone, without us being there at all. They presented no envidence of their inspection except a service report and gave no actual reason on why they didn't show up at scheduled time. Eventually after we made payment, we received a signed Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report, but with NO license number nor the signer's printed name. Until now we still don't know how they inspected the house from outside and no info was explained. Poor service, poor attitude. They have no clue about what professionalism is.

I called EZ Bed Bug Exterminator and asked if I could send them a photo of a bug I had found. They were kind & helpful, and responded to the photo I sent immediately letting me know not only that it was not a bed bug, but what kind of bug it actually was. Super helpful, incredibly fast, and informative!

We found a hug in our home in a bag of clothes and called EZ bed bug exterminators and they came within 2 hours! Pierre came and did a thorough check of the rooms and found no eveisence of bugs! We came to the conclusion that the bug was a hitchhiker and I was relieved ! There service was very professional.
