I appreciate how straightforward and honest they were. No upselling, just solid service. The technician explained everything clearly. The results were fast and noticeable. Would definitely use again.

Our office started noticing small ants near the kitchen area, and Alex came to handle it. He arrived exactly on time, inspected the entire floor, and identified where the ants were coming from. Alex worked quickly but very carefully around desks and electronics. He explained the treatment process clearly and used pet-safe products. Within a couple of days, the ants were completely gone. His professionalism and fast response were perfect for a busy office environment. We’re very pleased with the service.

Hands down best of the best

I recommended Estes, but never again. My daughter called about a rodent problem and upon the return phone call Mr. Estes (don't know which one) was rude through the entire conversation. His statement about "we don't handle rodents and that he was overwhelmed with calls about fire ants." He gave the attitude that my daughter was inconveniencing him because she called about rodents. Upon the process of hanging up my daughter thanked him for returning the call and for him providing a name of someone that "may or may not be local" and his reply was "uh hmm." Not professional and flat out rudely put. Not even a goodbye. I always used Estes when i needed pest control and have recommended them multiple times. I am the one who recommended them to my daughter. Well that sealed their future business from me. That would be a big fat I'll take my business elsewhere and never recommend them again. No way to run an established business when there are so many more choices local.

Great service, very thorough and professional. Appreciate not having to sign a contract and flexibility to schedule when services are truly needed.

Always very professional..

Fish tacos were over cooked last time and they were out of some draft beers. Service was good however.
