Eco Pest Solutions

Salesman completely lied to us. Told us we could cancel anytime we wanted at no charge. After a half hour on the phone we got our account closed but they charged us a $250 cancellation fee. Worst part is that their services did not help at all for our yard.

We, unfortunately, did not have the positive experience that others are mentioning. The tech, Eric, who came out was friendly and personable, but their service was completely ineffective, and they've been ignoring us now for weeks. We noticed some mouse activity, and we wanted to get a professional in to not only address the issue, but also identify and cut off (or give us tips to do it ourselves) potential entry points to solve the problem completely. Eric came out to assess and then address issues and sanitize. We were told that within a few days the activity would cease. Immediately after the service we noticed there were still droppings in the area that had just been "sanitized", but we let it go and decided to wait for the follow-up visit to have them take care of anything left from lingering activity. Activity never stopped. Eric did return once after several days to address some missed access points, which we found quite easily after our tenant saw a mouse dart across his kitchen. Additionally, EcoPest used regular gap sealing foam in many areas to allegedly block access, even after saying it was ineffective and rodents would chew through it. The sealant they used is unsurprisingly being chewed through. It's now been nearly eight weeks since they came out. The issue is ongoing. Although the initial visit did not yield immediate results, we still intended on continuing to work with them to figure out what needed to be done to completely solve the issue. However, Eric never came out for the "final" assessment, and has been completely ignoring our multiple attempts at contact. We are attempting our own remediation before we have to shell out more money to hire a different pest service. At this point I greatly regret hiring EcoPest. We're in the same position we were in before we contacted them. I can't recommend EcoPest Solutions at all. Save your money and find an effective company who stands by their work.

What can we say, our experience from Eric of Eco Pest Solutions has been Awesome!!!! We received several quotes from larger, pest control companies, non of which took the time and care that Eric did. Everything was explained in details, he walked us through every process. Happily, 3 weeks later, there have been No reoccurring pest, the troubled areas are still clean & sanitized from Eric’s initial treatment. His method of treatment is safe, clean, economical and the customer service can’t be beat. I would recommend Eco Pest Solutions to anyone wanting positive pest control results. Eric from Eco Pest Solutions helped us clear a storage closet with rodent contamination in a rental unit in Lincoln Park. He was professional and was able to help us within a few days. Eric took photos and created a full report while providing us with advice about items stored in the closet. It was much appreciated!

Alejendro has done a thorough and effective job for both of our mosquito repellent treatments. He was timely and professional, and our wooded backyard has been livable again! Best money I've spent on my property so far, I would certainly recommend.

Best rodent proofing service in Chicago

We were scheduled for outside service today for mosquito control from Eco Tech Pest Control. Our technician, Peter C., was prompt and courteous. He had been here before and remembered not to spray near our vegetable garden. He went about his business in a quiet and professional manner and let us know when he was done. We have been very pleased with the service we are getting from Eco Tech and have been with them for several years. Their technicians, Peter and David, are very professional and seem to know what they are supposed to do. Our house has been relatively pest free for some time now.

I couldn't ask for a better company to provide such a professional and efficient way to give the desired outcome that this service has done. Eric is a very knowledgeable person in his field and went over every single detail of every step that he was going to take and even showed me while he was doing it.
