Marquis did an incredible job! He was honest/transparent, super compassionate and very attentive to details. I had been unable to sleep in my bedroom as I am allergic to mold for nearly three months. My condo association remediated the hallway but didn’t treat my bedroom. Marquis came to my rescue, remediated the mold in an efficient manner and calmed my nerves all at the same time. I recently had Marquise do a mold remediation job at my house. I was extremely pleased through the whole process. I had already contacted a few other companies previous to him, but didn’t feel confident in them. He answered every single question I asked and was so patient. He found mold in places that other companies don’t even check, and then did extra follow up testing to make sure everything was safe. Marquis was absolutely fabulous!! He went above and beyond with his customer service. First, he was incredibly prompt and responsive when I called to inquiry about mold testing. He was able to see me the same day which was a Saturday nonetheless!! (I had called a couple of other places too and by the time one of the other people got back to me, he was like you found someone willing to come same day on a Saturday?! I’d pay them whatever they say! 😆) He was on par price-wise with the others but again it was the customer service that really put him ahead! When he arrived he was incredibly polite and clearly knew his stuff. He showed me some type of micro certification card. He very patiently and clearly explained how there can be different types of black mold and then he did a swab test and visual test to assess the black stuff I found on our carpet and underneath the tv stand/bookshelf. Whereas other people may try to drum up more business, Marquis was super professional and clear in his recommendations and it all made sense to me. He offered a spectrum of services which I thought was really great! Would highly recommend! Fortunately for us, we won’t need him to do any mold remediation (phew!) but I would have gone with him for that too!!

It has a bathroom

I was in search of someone who could detect mold. I came across this number and immediately called. I didn’t notice I called before office hours but Marquise picked up, scheduled an appointment the same day. He took his time inspecting each level in my house. Any questions I needed answered, he was very knowledgeable and answered with patience. Pretty smooth guy. I definitely recommend this company especially if it comes with Marquise!
