Strongly recommend Sergion to address your pest, (we were hijacked by tiny ants), problems. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, very efficient, friendly and reasonable. Total thumbs up!

I gave Anti Pest a call because they helped me in the past, and they are without a doubt the best in the city. If you want to actually fix the problem call them. Other big name places will just put down traps but Anti Pest will find what is going on and stop the problem. As a real estate agent, they will be my go to for any pest issues for my clients.

Not reliable. I reached out for a follow up and got no response. The year “warranty” on their services apparently is a scam. Unfortunate considering I wanted to give my business to a local company. Had more frustration than relief in the end.

Had a scheduled appt today between 3-5 and they were a no-show. This is a theme if you read reviews here or on yelp, which I chose to overlook given the high average rating and having used them once before a few years ago. I left a voice message and never heard back. Can't imagine how a company can operate in good faith with a track record like this building up, especially for a return customer. Unfortunate. Edit: As soon as I published this review, I received a call back - what a coincidence. A little too late though.

Scheduled an appointment with Sergio on Wednesday for Friday between 12-4. Despite reminders, he failed to ask for my address. Coordinating between 3 units, 6 of us waited until I called at 3:50 to find out they scheduled for next Friday. Unbelievable incompetence! They ditched us after confirming the appointment for this Friday over the phone. Left us with the same pest issue and 6 furious tenants who wasted their day. Avoid this unreliable mess and find a pest control service worth your time and money!

We live in a beautiful old house built in 1910, and some cracks had opened up which lead to a tricky mouse problem in our home. We had two other companies out here who did basically nothing except leaving some ineffectual traps but Sergio from Anti-Pest came in and saved the day. He was prompt, friendly, professional, humane, and most importantly, strategic in his handling of the problem. He immediately found all the hot spots, and within a week and a half there were no signs of mice anywhere. We are very grateful and highly recommend his services.
