Advanced Pest Control Chicago

I had a tech Alejandro come out a few times to our building for rats, and he was great. His number is now disconnected. Working with the company has been a complete disaster. I would speak to the tech about the cadence when he would come back, and the company would try to send him every week despite agreement over and over to do biweekly. They send emails noting when they will come to your house, but I learned today those are auto-generated and we should “just ignore them”. It does not seem that the company cares about customer experience at all, and I wouldn’t recommend working with them.

This company is a farce. They’ve been over three times already the first time the guy only wanted to spray his bottle about 10 sprays. It was a waste of time. It was a waste of billing to the property. I belong to. The second guy who came over again, would not spray in the areas that I asked them to. So we’re having a third time somebody coming over. Somebody who claimed to be a supervisor named Brian handled a telephone call with me extremely unprofessionally. His demeanor, the way he yelled at me was extremely violent person. This person will never be coming over to my household- the landlords were alarmed by his demeanor totally unprofessional! A man that yells at me on the phone with that kind of rhetoric will never walk into our home

I was very pleased with their service. they were very understanding to our need to keep our dog and cat safe during the process. Their tech , Charlie Route was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what he was looking for and doing every step of the way. It was easy to schedule and gave a call the day of to let me know exactly when they would arrive. I highly recommend Advanced pest contol.

Service was immediate. The technician was prompt, kind, knowledgeable.

I have been using Advanced for my personal properties and for the properties I professionally manage. Advanced is super responsive, shows up when they say they will, they have an excellent platform that enables seamless communication and the staff is super nice and professional! I can't thank them enough for all they do!

I’ve used this company 3 times since 2015-once for each apartment I’ve had. They came out once for bed bugs and twice for spiders & centipedes. I just had to call them again. Each time they’ve been extremely knowledgeable and pet safe. Each time they exterminated once & my issues never returned at all and/or never to the degree that they were. I’d rather call them than a landlord any day. Best exterminators in my opinion!

Incredibly responsive, arrived within 1.5 hours of calling. Extremely professional, knew exactly where to inspect and found the root of the problem quickly.

Best pest control company I have ever used. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Used them a few times hoping it would end but they performed the bare minimum service (no inspection of site for how rats were getting in, for example) and scheduled no follow up to remove traps, which I guess I'm supposed to pick up and remove.

Total bs would not recommend this pest company.

I just called to explain my situation and the guy that picked up hung up on me. I called back twice and it went straight to voicemail! He deliberately hung up on me. What a jerk! I’m never calling this company again! How dare you!

We sadly had to use their services yesterday for bed bugs and couldn't have been happier with their services! Both Chris and Eric were very professional, prompt and very helpful in making this uncomfortable situation as smooth as possible. They were able to come out the very same day I called and their prices were very reasonable compared to others I looked at. We will definitely recommend them to anyone if God forbid they need those Services as well
