I discovered dead mice in my drop tiles in the finished basement. I set up my own traps and called Bryan to take a look. He gave an honest assessment and gave advice on how to proceed which didn’t necessarily mean purchasing his services. He gave helpful advice on how to clean the area. If my issue continues, I will definitely call him back.

I called several pest control companies and Bryan was the only one available same day & arrived within 20 min. He inspected and treated the areas same day. He was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Thank you Bryan!

Bryan was the only one available and willing to come out on a holiday week. Really appreciated how responsive Yosemite was, getting out to our house and taking care of removing a hornet’s nest the same day we called.

Bryan helped prevent Labor Day backyard event from having to be called off because of large wasp nest in the eaves of the roof running along the trim. He was here early on Monday morning to address the problem. He had the appropriate tools and took care of the infestation and made sure the wasps did not escape to find another spot along the roof line. Great service, no damage to trim, siding, or plants.

We have never had rodents in our home. So--after seeing a mouse in my family room--I called Bryan late one night. He came out first thing the next day, and carefully inspected our home for points of entry. He set up traps in areas where mice hide and explained how they work. While he was here, he also sprayed our property for bugs, as I had mentioned seeing Carpenter ants for the first time in our kitchen. I'm happy to report that we are now rodent and bug-free. It was literally same day service. Bryan was very professional and explained his service before he started. The service was for spiders in the basement and we can see that it has been effective. Definitely recommend !
