We had this service our home for a mice situation. Punctuality was Great- The tech was out here early which did not interfere with work schedules that we altered in our household. The tech explained in detail the what where and why and most importantly the solution to this issue. We are looking forward to being critter free.

Really pleased with Pest Arrest. We have been using them for mice control for a few years now. When we saw one in our basement at night, a tech came out the next morning to assess and set up some more prevention methods. And because we were warrantied, the extra visit did not cost us anything, and we haven't seen a mouse since!

Eric was great. Easy to talk to, no pressure and in and out quickly. So much better than the big guys who overprice and are hard to schedule.

Last year, I was searching for a company that could provide a good customer service and good service for what I was looking for. I did not want to do a contract, and when I called Pest Arrest, they explained everything and were so kind and respectful with my concerns. They are so fast on answering my texts and emails, and also scheduling the visits. I highly recommend them.

I love how they keep great communication via text to let you know when the technician will arrive and when they are finished. Clean application and there is no mess or smell. Friendly phone staff and technicians. And no bugs or spiders. Affordable too.

Pest Arrest is the best pest control company that I have worked with by far. I consistently had a spider and millipede problem in my walkout basement, and no company could solve it until Pest Arrest. In the first year I used them I had zero spiders and millipedes. Brian is a great tech, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their applications are also eco-friendly which is important to me. I highly recommend Pest Arrest.

Brian has made it a point to eradicate all of the silverfish in our home and always does a thorough job of spraying interior and exterior areas. I'm very pleased with the results and we continue to have very little/no activity.

Very prompt and fairly priced service. I was having trouble with carpenter ants making their way in through the walls and they quickly diagnosed the issue and were completely up-front about costs and a treatment plan. They even took the time to answer my nervous questions about the treatment used and if my cat would be impacted. (She wouldn't be, though we left her in the guest bathroom while he was spraying. It'll be fully safe for her within 30 minutes, as the treatment dries.) I was very happy with the service and will be doing quarterly treatments from now on for the peace of mind!

Pest Arrest was able to have someone come out the next day for us and spray for bees that we have been finding in our basement. UPDATE - had them out about a month ago and while the issue stopped for a bit, it seems to have survived whatever perimeter spray the company did. They are coming out to respray; hopefully that takes care of it.

They could not get rid of my cockroach problem, but did provide a full refund for it.
