Bennett was so great. They were out to our home within 24 hrs. We caught one mouse but then had several running wind sprints in our dropped ceiling. Bennett asked questions about the history of the issue, inspected inside and out and identified where they were getting in and out. Sealed everything up, placed bait traps to kill anything that may have still been inside and even made a recommendation to improve our garage door spacing. I hired Pointe Control expecting professional pest control, but unfortunately, the results have been terrible. Despite multiple visits, spiders and mice keep coming back. Instead of solving the problem, it feels like they’re just doing the bare minimum to get by. I’ve wasted time and money hoping they’d fix the issue, but the service is ineffective. I have multiple security cameras inside and outside my home… I have not seen any recent service on these cameras ? I do have some sort of flying insect activity inside on both levels of the home as the insects are triggering the motion sensors. !!??? I live in Mexico from Oct until May every year ….
