I called Bryan's company just a few days ago, about some scratching sounds we were hearing in our attic/ceiling at nights. Freaked us out! He came within 2 hours, and on time! Went up in the attic. Did a detailed thorough examination. Found no evidence of critters (aliens?) up there. He thinks probably a bird was trying to get in from the outside, (but failed miserably and repeatedly). Unlike three other companies I called, (who had a fee for just coming out,) Bryan did not charge me for the visit, since there was nothing to remedy. Fantastic! He also gave me some very helpful information. He was also very nice, personable and courteous guy. A true professional! I would strongly/highly recommend him to anyone. He's the real deal!! Thank you, Bryan!

Excellent service and very good product. It is not harmful to our dog, and it doesn’t cause allergies to me. Extremely happy it eliminated a pest of silverfish that came with us from a rental property. To our surprise we haven’t had ants in a long time, and we haven’t seen too many spiders as usual. And when we do, Bryan retreats our home and the spiders disappear or decrease significantly. Overall, very satisfied customers.

Bryan came out on 05/02 to treat for a wasp problem we were having. He told me there was a six month warranty for the treatment. A fall treatment would be done at the end of October. We were wasp-free for 90 days. I called Bryan out on 08/02 for a wasp nest that he came and took down. On 08/25 I called again for two additional nests. He called and said because of the recurring problem he would re-treat the house under the warranty. He came out on 08/26 and retreated our house. But, when I came home that day there was an invoice for the treatment. I thought it was a mistake so ignored it. A week later we received an invoice in the mail for the treatment. When I called and inquired about the invoice I was told that he was pre-billing me for the fall treatment. Why would I prepay for a treatment that is two months away? Then Bryan said we talked about it and agreed that he would just come out and do our fall treatment now. No, this treatment was supposed to be under the 180 day warranty. And again, why would I pay for a treatment that wasn't due for two months. During the conversation, there was was a lot of double talk including his statement that one of the nests was a mud-dauber nest and wasn't covered under the wasp warranty. LOL. We no longer trusted him, his product or his warranty and canceled any future treatments by him. Bryan claims he retreated our house on 08/26. On 10/08 we literally had approximately 20 wasps all over the front of our house, a few of them finding their way in the house. Not a pleasant experience, especially when the house was supposedly completed retreated six weeks earlier for this specific problem. We continue to see wasps every day. We did not have a good experience with this company and bottom line, his wasp treatment is ineffective. RESPONSE TO OWNER: I did complain, calling on 08/02 and on 08/25 (90 and 113 days after treatment, respectively). You were PAID IN FULL on 05/02 with the next scheduled paid treatment due "approximately 180 days" after that (on or around 11/02). I was told by Bryan on 08/25 that he was going to retreat the house UNDER WARRANTY because of the recurring wasp nests. COVID was never mentioned until your response yesterday and has nothing to do with the 08/26 treatment done under warranty. Why would you treat a house 2/3 into a previous treatment (two months early)? I was not asked and would never have agreed to pay for a treatment that was two months out, especially for a recurring problem that I was told would be treated under warranty. The three times this company came out was by Bryan himself, not by a "technician". Unless of course the technician you are claiming came out was the blond woman with Bryan on 05/02? The re-treatment was done because the first treatment failed. I was completely surprised to see an invoice in my door after the warranty treatment. I did not call your office at that time, I ignored the invoice, thinking it was either a mistake or just documentation you were there. I called your office immediately after receiving an invoice in the mail a week later. Bryan called me back and it was then he tried to talk the nonsense about fall treatment, first saying I agreed to it, which never happened, and then switching to say it was a pre-bill and he would still be out at the end of October or early November for the fall treatment and that I could pay the invoice then. It was at that point the trust in this company and your practices was lost and it was mutually agreed a good, trusting working relationship was not possible and future services canceled. So, your bill for services rendered was PAID IN FULL. The house was re-treated under warranty because your first treatment was ineffective for the promised treatment period. The contract was mutually canceled before the next treatment was scheduled. I used this company because it is a small business. Your response to this just review lacked humility for a substandard outcome and is argumentative, unprofessional and libelous. If I could give you no stars at this point, I would. Good day.

We have given you full credit for the services already rendered and paid our tech. YOU PAID ZERO for your fall treatment.<br><br>1. You signed up for our twice a year service. Yes, we did our fall service early due to our COVID schedule. We informed you at that time about the early service and the bill wasn’t due until November. You agreed to pay later. THIS BILL IS JUST, OWING AND CORRECT.<br><br>PER OUR AGREEMENT:<br>We bill twice annually and service approximately every 180 days weather permitting or as pest activity demands.You can cancel anytime after 1 year or before any service is done. However, once we treat your home before cancellation you will owe the bill.<br><br>2. Yes, we left you an invoice because the service for fall was done at the time you called for a retreat. You agreed that you’ll pay it only if we came back out and did another treatment at that time.<br><br>3. A few days later you called twice for wasp nest and Bryan came back out and took care of it. We never refused to come back out. You've noted in your comments how many times you called back.<br><br>4. A few days later after we came back and did the fall service again, you called back again about not wanting to pay the bill for the fall but signed an agreement in the spring that you will.<br><br>We removed all the cost at that time.<br><br>So in all fairness Wendy, 1 star?<br><br>10/25/2020<br>1. Service is done approximately every 180 days depending on pest activity and weather permitting. Your bill was not due until November which you acknowledged in your response. PLEASE READ THE AGREEMENT YOU SIGNED.<br>2. We have no records of you calling our office and complained. You did spoke to Bryan (Tech) directly and he did respond to your concerns. You agreed to pay at that time if we came back out, we did. 113 days later you complained according to your response?<br>3. You paid for your initial service to fix your initial problem which was offered at a prorated price since you agreed to sign up for our twice per annum service.<br><br>Please read your agreement that you signed about service and billing. We were having ants and mice problem in our home. We called Enviro Pro. They sent Bryan Shore who show up on time and was very polite. He explain to me why I was having the problem and explain how he will fix my pest problem. The price was reasonable and it is about 6 weeks now and I haven't see any more ant or mice. Thanks Bryan.
