At Crosstown Pest Control we are looking to solve your pest issues not be one. We want to work with you to eliminate harmful or nuisance pests from your home while protecting the health of you family and the environment. We customize each plan to you the homeowner. We never make you sign long contracts or pay to cancel a service. With our years of experience we can handle spiders, ants, mice, and other pests quickly and efficiently.

Friendly and on time
I called and they were there the same day. I waited a couple of days to see if my ants were gone and I have only seen 2 ants. I am very happy.
Excellent timely service at a great rate! We had them check the home and do a proactive pest deterrent plan. Ben was very nice and accommodated our chaotic situation at 2.5 weeks in to the brand new home. I will be continuing with them for regular monthly service. **Their products are safe for children AND pets!

I was notified via text from Sam, the technician what time he'll be at my address, who will be servicing my Iplace. Sam arrived at the designated time that he text me. (Very impressive) I then showed Sam, the technician on a problem that I discovered. Sam addressed the problem while doing his normal maintenance. After serving , Sam reported to me and explained on what he did. He also reassured me that the problem area was taken care of. Sam was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Crosstown pesticide is blessed to have Sam as a employee

They send notification that they will be out, they call on the day to let me know they are on their way & when to expect them; they explain how the application is going to work on any concerns that I have - - really appreciate this. Today, Dominick came by and was very courteous & professional. Thank you for your great service!

We were having problems with black ants in our house and didn’t know where they were coming from. We called Crosstown Pest Control because they were close by, locally owned and had great reviews. They did not disappoint! We had to put them off for a week due to our schedule;!they would’ve come out that day if we had had the time! But after they sprayed the ants are gone! We felt they were reasonable in price as well! We decided to get monthly service. Very happy with Crosstowns service!

Eric was on time, and kept me updated regarding his arrival time. Service was done in a timely fashion, and explained everything that was done via text. I would highly recommend this local company!

We were supposed to have someone come take a look at our ant problem. And they never showed up. No call saying they were late or not going to show up.

Isabel, we’re so sorry we missed this appointment. We strive to always keep appointments and arrive on time. Unfortunately we scheduled this at the wrong day and time by mistake. We reached out to try and make this right but haven’t heard anything back yet.
Just had it sprayed. Wife said Ben was super nice. Too soon to comment on effectiveness. Price seems reasonable. So far no spiders.

We have a deck all the way across the back of our houses. There is a leger above the top of the basement concrete footer. The young fellow that sprayed around the house sprayed around the house sprayed above the deck – the result is that there is no barrier to the pest. What we had done previously is to spray under the deck at the top of the footer. A bit of a pain, but with your sprayer it is possible spray under the deck by just bending over to see and spray the top of the footer below the deck. Perhaps you could try that next time?

Unfortunately, service tech tracked mud on carpet and didn't clean it up on the last visit. I have used their services for 2 years now, this has been the only issue.

Wasnt home when the work was done. They came by and took care of what they were supposed to, but couldn't clean up their mess. Minimal done for the same pay.

Joe came out Day I called. Figured out issue very quickly and was able to take care of it day after I was able to service approved. Would recommend to any one needing their service.
