Sales rep knocked on the door soliciting business. Wife said no because we already had a pest guy, then husband arrived home and wife had to leave for an appointment, and the salesperson started over with the husband as if wife had no say in the matter. We feel this was deceitful and rude. Do your research before signing up for a yearly service, which is what they offer at a “discount” at your door. We are changing our review slightly, as we were able to sort some things out with the office,
