We’ve been charged twice without them actually showing up, DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS, they refuse to take the charges off yet we have proof through our security system and cameras no one was here. It’s nothing but a scam and I can see other reviews have had the same issue. It’s very unprofessional not to fix this, especially when people have cameras proving you weren’t here no matter what you’re sprayed said, we have cameras that show he wasn’t here. VERY VERY unprofessional business that’s turning to scammers really quickly.

First off- The fact that the Business is called Bugnappers…. Is pretty Bad###! The name is what caught my attention to check out the company. Impressed by their reviews we gave them a call. My husband set up the appointment and within a couple days they had us on their schedule. He had them spray our home and he even sprayed my local business THE SAME DAY! Any questions I had- got answered, they were quick, professional and extremely friendly. Definitely give them call and get on the schedule. Tis’ the season for bugs and spiders!!!!!!

I tell every one about Bugnappers because in the 20 years I've lived in my house, I've had maybe 10 spiders I remember finding and most of them were in the death thralls when I saw them.

This company came to my house at 6:30 am and sprayed the walls and ground around the house, sprayed a brand new shed with chemicals that I have no idea what was in the spray. We did not order this!! We have never talked to, or would we ever order this kind of service due to the immune problems 2 of our family members have. The address is clearly displayed. What I want to know is what was the chemical used and why did they come onto our property without an order and left an invoice! They do not return calls, or answer their phone. We called the police dept. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Beware of doing business here. I cancelled service I had received from them after allowing them on my property. I paid them at the time of each service. I sold my home and moved away. The following year they took an old invoice number from the service I had and billed me $135.00 for services I didn't order, on a home I didn't live in. A year later I received a collection notice from a debt collection company they had turned the bill over to. So it would appear that once they have your name they keep it and add charges to you in your name from previous invoices which is a completely fraudulent practice. BEWARE!

Back in 2020 we the bugnappers to come out and spray for bugs. They did come out as requested but did a horrible job and was offered to come out again and spray at no charge. We told them after we paid them to not come out here again after they resprayed. They came out a different time and sprayed (without our knowledge or permission after they were told not to come back) again and charged us! We told them we are not paying for a service we didn't request especially after we told them not to come back. Today, December 2022 we received a bill from a collection agency collecting upon their behalf for the amount of $147.00. We are disputing the claim but I was also notified by 2 others that had the same situation with different amounts. We absolutely refuse to pay for a service we didn't request and was told not to come back!

Do not use this business! They will come and spray when you have not authorized it and then try to bill you! I have been fighting with them over a bill for 3 years now. I call and report the problem, with a promise from the receptionist that they will call me back. No one ever calls me back. I just get another bill every year. Now I am being told that I am being sent to collections. Stay away from these guys. Once they come, you can't get rid of them.

Terrible service. We told them multiple times we did NOT want to receive service from them anymore because our sprinklers broke and we couldn’t water our grass. We got texts multiple times stating that they would be at our home to spray the following morning. We declined in the text and called and left voicemails saying we did not want the service and they still showed up at our house and sprayed our entire yard at 5:30 in the morning. I ran outside, saying I didn’t want the service. I was assured we wouldn’t be charged, I contacted the office to make sure this was correct. We received a “90 days past due” bill in my husband’s spam account from a random email with a bill for the same service. This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They will not listen and will continue to charge your account and show up just to make a quick buck.

Was left an invoice for an indoor/outdoor spray in October 2019. It was left on my door because they never came inside. They also are on camera barely spraying the outside. I called to clear up the mistake and was told it was all taken care and they apologized. Now, 3 years later, I am receiving a letter from collections. Good thing I save all security footage! Make sure you record all communication with this company if you choose to do business with them.

I had them come spray for spiders and my trees in the Fall of 2020, which I had agreed to. I received 2 text saying they were coming to my house without soliciting services the following Spring, despite me replying to not come. I received a bill for over 600 dollars for service not asked for!!! If you hire them, be prepared for unsolicited services. I do not recommend their services!!!

I have used this service for several years, however, when it was taken over locally they completely imploded. They make mistakes and try to charge you. They have been trying to charge me $42.00 for a application I never received. I have security cameras and save all security camera views in the cloud. I tried explaining that at the first of October and offered to show my footage to show that they did not do any applications I hadn’t already paid for. I received a call from a very crass and very rude female today. I explained I had already offered the footage and they didn’t call me. Now that I am out of state taking care of my 88 year old father with a rapidly declining terminal disease now someone wants to call and be rude. I told her I cancelled their service and never wanted to talk to them again. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They come onto your property without authorization and then charge you for services you never asked for. I called them repeatedly to stop and to take off the charges and they kept saying they would fix it and never did. I left multiple voicemails to try and get the bill settled. I finally Got a call from the owner after a year of trying to get this settled and I couldn’t believe how rude he was. I don’t know how he gets away with treating customers like this and taking advantage of people. What a crook to do this to people!!
