Sean just finished his second treatment. I liked how the invoice showed all the details of what was used, including the mix ratio. Very informative! I was so happy to see he used the heaviest recommended mix to really knock bugs down. He didn't skimp. I felt really satisfied by the service and have seen positive results. Communication is also really clear, with messages prior and after arriving.

We were very impressed by Sean's ability to be detailed in spraying our property for pests. He explained every detail of the procedure and what it will accomplish and how it is safe for everyone and animals. Sean also informed that he guarantees his procedure in keeping our property pest free. We have had other companies to spray our property for pass and they were extremely expensive. Prompt pest solutions is reasonably priced, and is affordable that this fixed income family can afford it.

Shaun was so great to work with. He was so friendly and answered all our questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable in his product and made us feel confident in the product as well. Love that no matter our issue he’ll come back and spray in between each service.

Top to bottom great experience. Answered my initial questions on facebook quickly. Was able to schedule service by calling and they were here within a week. Gave me a heads up when on their way and arrived on time. Cutler was great with my kids and dogs. David was great eith my kids and dogs. Quick service and explained the next quarterly treatments and gave me tips for the next couple weeks. Pet and kid safe products! Super excited to not have a bunch of pests to fight with this winter and spring.

Today Shawn came right on time and helped with ants and another issue. He did a great job and gave me advice and was so helpful. Very professional. So far I have been very impressed with this company. This is second year we have used them. Good service.
