Changing Seasons did an unbelievable job "rock-scaping" our four large retention ponds! Preston and his crew turned an area that used to be an eyesore into something that actually looks intentional and well cared-for. The transformation was so impressive! Preston was great to work with. Friendly, reliable, and always on time. His crew worked efficiently and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. It honestly felt like the project moved faster and smoother than we expected, which is a rare miracle in home projects. The attention to detail really stood out. Every section looks clean, uniform, and thoughtfully put together. Now the ponds look neat, solid, and way better than we imagined when we started. If you need landscaping or rock work done, definitely give Changing Seasons a call. Highly recommend!

Preston and his crew at Changing Seasons helped me put together a full landscaping package for a new-home build, and the results completely surpassed my expectations. I wanted to be very hand’s on when it came to plant choices and yard design, and they made it super easy to work with them as a team. Preston took note of the plants, shrubs, and trees that I loved, and provided stock of the highest quality. For someone who would prefer to leave the entire process in their hands, the Changing Seasons team is extremely knowledgeable, they listen to what your goals and preferences are, and they would totally deliver the yard of your dreams. Across the board, each person in his crew was exceptionally polite and respectful of my home, detail oriented, and hard working. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. Would I hire them all over again? In a heartbeat!

CS Landscaping added a custom fire pit/patio/walkway to our backyard. The crew was professional and responsive to our input and ideas, and made every effort to make sure we got what we wanted. The finished product looks great...I highly recommend them.

Their team pulled out 3” of sod around our shop, cut staked down fabric and spread 15 yards or so of rock. Looks amazing and they were timely and professional. Definitely will use them in the future. Highly recommend them!

Great work and great people

Went to go turn on my sprinklers and my backflow valve was leaking from both valves. Looks like when it was last blown out they didn’t get the water out of the valve. So after spending $480 to replace the valve I can’t justify continuing my patronage and will be taking my business elsewhere. Update: the reason why I purchased a new valve was because both ball valves were damaged and I was unsure that the backflow valve was damaged. But with the amount of water that came out of the valve I was not going to take chances… hence the whole new valve.

We have the invoice for $300 when they hardly did anything, you did provide John service.

These guys are the best. I have been using them for all my landscaping for years. You need something these guys can do it. This is a Veteran owned business.

My wife and I purchased a tree from them and paid an additional amount for a five year warranty. After one year it died. We went in this last spring and talked to Preston, the owner, and told him we decided not to replace the tree but rather plant some shrubs. He said that was fine and he would add the shrubs to his next order from the nursery and give us a call. The long story short is that after going in 4 different times, we kept being told we should be getting a call right away for us to come pick them up. Well that never happened. We won't use them again.

These one star reviews are very fitting to my situation as well. I went into their new location on Yellowstone back in March. I couldn't reach them by phone so I decided to go to the new location. I walked up their stairs and was met by a lady named Maggie (I believe). I told her I needed a consultation to get some rock swapped out and some landscape work done on our house. She said they do their service in "zones" and my location was about 7-10 days out. I agreed and left. 3 weeks later I called and a lady that sounded like Maggie said that she would have remembered me if I had come in. That may be true, but the fact remains that I still needed the consulation. Besides, if I didn't come in, how did I know the lady's name and that you have to climb a flight of stairs to talk to someone behind the desk that sits in the Southwest corner of the room? They also have old shelves on the wall over the staircase. I was there. I still haven't recieved a response (end of May) so I decided to leave a post on their Facebook page, but it was deleted. I left another one a couple of days ago... Deleted. I don't know how they stay in business. Poor customer service.

I’ve called this past for the lady 3 years to have them come landscape my yard. I call in may when it starts becoming nice and I always get the message that they aren’t doing quotes or landscaping at this time but will take my information and phone number. I’ve never had anyone call me and it’s been 3 years. I’ve known the owner and he good man but horrible about returning calls. You don’t want my money and want to landscape a yard and make money. I’ll never do business here as I can even get someone to come quote me to landscape my yard!!

Three weeks ago I called to set up a time to get an estimate on a total front and back yard redo. They told me they would call me to schedule a time and never did. I called back a week later and got them to come out. The guy said he would have me an estimate ready by the end of that week. That week came and went and I never heard from them. I called every day the following week and got a bunch of excuses. The owner then told me he would personally come out today at 5:30 to get me an estimate and on the schedule. No call, no show. I am extremely disappointed. I can't understand how a business can drop the ball so many times on a customer ready to spend thousands of dollars with them. I wouldn't recommend even wasting time trying to get them to give an estimate. You could have the work done by someone else before they even call you back.

If you read through the reviews you will see that the 5 star reviews are people that went to the nursery. They have a nice nursery but if you want anything done or even try to get a quote, good luck. I needed a retaining wall put in. First they scheduled an appointment and never showed or called. They did finally show up but I never heard back with a quote. I called at least 4 different times and was told they were out of the office and would call back. They never did and I have given up trying to call them.

Expect them to show up unannounced and a week late. If you can't keep to your own schedule, at least call 15 minutes beforehand just to ask “Hey, we’ll be around soon to do xyz. Will you be home?” If an appointment is made, then I expect that time and date to be upheld. If I’m told I’ll get a call back, then give me a call back. It's common courtesy! Hell, even after they showed up at one point, I was told that they "forgot a part at their last house and would be back in an hour." And so I ended up waiting another week and dealing with the same thing! In trying to talk about the issues I'd been having with them, they at least tried to be respectful, but it was obvious they work at their own convenience, not the customer's. But hey, they know a thing or two about how to repair a sprinkler system, so they've got that going for them. I normally would not be bothered to write a review about anything, however my experience with Changing Seasons has compelled me to go the extra mile. There's plenty more I'd like to say about the company, but I won't waste your time like they will yours.

Cant say anything about their work, but if you are looking to get work done in a timely manner, do not use changing seasons. We had them come quote us work at the end of April, we agreed to their quote and they told us that they would begin work June 8th. Well they never showed. So we called them and they said they had gotten busy and that they would be there in 1 week. Well that week came and went, never showed. I called them on July 5th and was told that they had to many commercial projects to worry about and that they would not be able to start our job until the first week of August. They are not organized or professional enough to stay on task. I would not recommend them.
