Had a treatment done in December. My tv got ruined in the process along with my microwave and other house hold stuff such as my paint is bubbling blinds were melted and ruined, every time I would call to find out what’s going on I’d get the same answer and it wasn’t anything helpful. Paid $1,500 to still have bed bugs! Don’t waist your time find a different company who can actually get rid of the problem

With very few exceptions, Reed (our customer service liaison) and Walker (our technician) were excellent. Reed was helpful and very responsive and Walker is straight up the best bedbug killer in Seattle. We have had a terrible time locating and eliminating bedbugs in our very old home, and Reed and Walker were very patient with us in seeking out and destroying the last of those miserable creatures. Worth every penny. UPDATE: turns out we didn’t have bedbugs after all. We had rat mites from a dead rat trapped in our attic. My review about Walker and Reed stands though—incredibly professional and thorough.

Wow ! Such a great company. Luckily , we did not end up with bed bugs and did not need any treatment but we needed an inspection on our airbnb we were selling. We wanted to make sure it was perfect for future guests and the new owner. I was worried we would hire a company who would find a grain of rice and would call it a bedbug just to make money. Reed and his technicians were great to work with , got us a proper inspection and a clean report. This is a honest trustworthy company and I recommend them to anyone in the hospitality industry or anyone with any sort of concern relating to this issue. Thank you Reed !

They even did a final inspection before the treatment to make sure it would work. The spent a day eradicating the problem using intense heat and chemicals. My sister has not had bed bugs since. Anybody can get bed bugs- even Gary Busey! Five star hotels, movie theaters, airplanes, a friend's couch, day care, church, are all great places to get bed bugs. It's a plague. There's a chance you or your friends will get bed bugs. But you have to admit you have a problem. You have to be brave. You have to get help.
