As a professional who is in the trades I need to know a Company will stand behind their work and do a decent job upon completion; I had a previous pest control service come out and I was dumbfounded on the extra additional costs that were being formulated and relayed to them I would pay, but to not expect me to ever use them again for the unsaid add-ons. This is a special shout-out to Mario. He came to Corpus Christi today, the day shelter here in Boise, and did a fantastic job as usual. He spoke to my friend and after completing his work. He was very friendly and personable. I appreciated that aspect especially as he did not have to spend the time that he did going beyond the job itself. For that alone, 5 stars. Great customer service skills. Would recommend highly!
