With very few exceptions, Reed (our customer service liaison) and Walker (our technician) were excellent. Reed was helpful and very responsive and Walker is straight up the best bedbug killer in Seattle. We have had a terrible time locating and eliminating bedbugs in our very old home, and Reed and Walker were very patient with us in seeking out and destroying the last of those miserable creatures. Wow ! Such a great company. Luckily , we did not end up with bed bugs and did not need any treatment but we needed an inspection on our airbnb we were selling. We wanted to make sure it was perfect for future guests and the new owner. I was worried we would hire a company who would find a grain of rice and would call it a bedbug just to make money. This is a special shout-out to Mario. He came to Corpus Christi today, the day shelter here in Boise, and did a fantastic job as usual. He spoke to my friend and after completing his work. He was very friendly and personable. I appreciated that aspect especially as he did not have to spend the time that he did going beyond the job itself. For that alone, 5 stars. Great customer service skills. Would recommend highly!
