This is the first time we have had a pest company treat our home without explaining to us beforehand (or while they treat) what they are seeing/applying and what the cost for the service would be. Instead, they treated and then sent the bill. ZERO discussion about pricing ahead of time. They may provide good service (NOT saying they don't provide a good service), but have never had a pest company that treated and billed without PRIOR knowledge of pricing and what we were receiving for the price.
