I have been using Misquote Joe for a good while now at our river house in Midway and we couldn’t be happier with the service and quality! Mosquito Joe does an excellent job treating my yard for mosquitoes. Since they’ve started treating my property which is very close to the marshes, our mosquito issue has majorly decreased! Thank you for all you do Mosquito Joe!

Mosquito Joe is awesome! Quick courteous service. And NO mosquitos since the first treatment. Our babies and fur babies are safer outside now! I liked them so much, I got them to service our kids’ yards as a summer gift!

The treatment did not phase the gnats. My guests had to retreat inside. :( Disappointed

Pam, this is why we recommend two services before the event. We were able to get to your property within an hour of your call, but without enough time for the product to really kick in the results weren't going to be perfect, especially not for those gnats!
I called and set up an appointment. They said they would call or text 30 minutes prior. I got a text and in less than 5 minutes the truck was at my gate and my dogs were freaking out. I got the dogs in but I TOLD him I need the 30 minutes head up because I had a pet goat that he was scaring. He did not care. He started spraying. I had to leave the goat outside. He was done in under 5 minutes. I timed him. We have an acre of land! He sprayed the front yard a little on the side and that was it! It takes my yard man an hour to mow! How could he walk it out in under 5 minutes! I called to cancel future treatments! They are charging me $100 . They said “ no contact “ but they have my card on file and they are chayot even though I said not to. What a rip off!

We use a GPS tracking device for our services and see that our mosquito-fighting service professional gave you a 20-minute notification before arrival. When he arrived, your animals were freely roaming the property, which is not what we discussed when we booked your service. However, you were able to move your goat to another location so our service professional could treat your property. With our GPS tracking system, we see that he was on your property for 26 minutes, applying treatment. You were allowed to cancel with ease, as we do not use contracts for our services. We would have been more than happy to discuss your concerns, but we understand if we are not the right fit for your property. We wish you all the best moving forward.<br>The Mosquito Joe Team

This service was disappointing. Our service techs would spray in the pouring rain and there would be no rescheduling. We had multiple appointments missed and when we returned from vacation we had 50+ mosquitos waiting at the door. Would not recommend

We checked our dash cams, and there was no evidence that our technicians sprayed your property in the rain, nor did we hear from you about this concern. If we had, we would have been happy to come back and provide you with a complementary respray. We're disappointed that we had to reschedule one of your appointments over the season as well. Very rarely an unexpected issue does come up for our team, and we apologize this wasn't ideal. Great customer service so far. Only my first spray, but I can see some improvement considering we live on a lake with marsh beyond it. Hoping things will continue to get better and better, mosquitoes are terrible here. They get in the car before you have a chance to!

I love that we can get this service where we live; however, every month I have to call and ask for a respray because the mosquitoes are back within the week! They are very polite and nice when I call, just wish the mosquitoes would take the hint and stay out of our yard! Not sure if it is worth the money when I have to call them back every week. Maybe our yard is too big for one spray a month?
