Current customer. Locked into a year contract. Just learned they farmed out customer service with ai. Lazy.

Sales rep Ari was thoroughly explained how they are better than local competitors.

This company is a joke. We were told by the sales guy that we only had to pay when they came out but when we noticed we were getting billed monthly come to find out the contract stated differently. We tried to cancel it and they were going to charge us 200.00 to cancel. We decided to stay after they gave us a discount. Well after several exterminations we still have big issues even scorpions. We just had a guy leave today and he did not spray upstairs neither my office or my husband’s office. What he did leave was a puddle of the crap on my window sills. We don’t care what it cost to cancel we are better off with the local companies.

Living in a small town in Southeast Georgia, gnats are awful!!! I am someone that is constantly swatting these gnats out of my eyes, noes, etc…. Which affects me from not being able to enjoy outside. After Bret Williams came and sprayed, I have not felt ANYTHING!!! Bret took his time and was extremely friendly! HIGHLY recommend him and this company!!!!

Steven and Bret both did an amazing job, explaining everything and making the options clear. Thorough but timely service. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

He spent at least 30 minutes taking care of the outside perimeter and another 15 to 20 min inside. Very professional. Had a door to door sales man flag me down while I was mowing grass in my fenced in back yard. I told him I had a pest control already. Tried to get me to change my mind. I told him we'll let me think about it. He then told me we can make an appt and if I change my mind I can cancel it. Then had me set up my whole account. And tried convincing me to change company's even though I had a year contract I just signed up for. Here's the thing. He told me he had a template that they gave customers that as I was told "was guaranteed to get you out of your contract with no cancelation fees" he had me send it by email to this company and then told me we needed to calm them next. And he would do it if needed. He called them off my phone and fought with these people for the longest time and they would not let him have it. I told him im fine with my company I don't want to pay a cancelation fee. The lady on the phone was very nice and was trying to fix any problem there was to get to keep me. And he still tried to get me to sign up with him even though I still kept that company. He wanted me to pay for 2 pest control company's just to make the Sale. A few days later my company canceled my account because of all of this and charged me over 300 dollars in cancelation fees. I looked it up and poaching other company's customers who are already stated to be in contract with someone is illegal. Now I wish I could actually make a complaint and get this guy in trouble. But as we were sitting there he had his managers in a group chat and they were telling him what to say on the phone. This company helps steal customers from other company's. He has said he has done it for plenty of people before and clearly they have if they have a template and group chat for these things. Very disappointed and felt like that was extreme sales tactics. And preyed on me that I was a single mother home alone.

they came out once and the product didn't work they said if i seen any pest to call back and they would come out for free. i called multiple times and they said they would send me a date they could come out on my number. they never sent the date they could come out.

Had a pushy sales guy come to our door and knock despite the no soliciting sign. Camera even shows him laughing and FaceTime showing someone on the phone the sign before knocking. Tried to tell us he thought it said no smoking. All they did is ensure I will never ever be a customer and will be spreading the word that they are a horrible company.

You don't get a second chance to make a first impression, Jose really impressed me with his knowledge of his craft and professional approach job well done 👍

The disrespect I experienced from a salesman is ridiculous. Literally in the middle of a parenting my teen and asked politely if they could come by tomorrow to discuss prices. He wouldn’t stop asking and saying it would only take a min. I’m old but not stupid, ok? Repeatedly said, I just told you right now isn’t a good time. Then got mad me for forgetting his name before he left. My guy…….. I just told you I’m in the middle of something very important, your name is the least of my concerns right now, I’m focused on my son. 😒 Sir, bye 👋

Proforce should absolutely receive zero stars! The product has not worked! It was as if this oil based product is actually just water. I called to cancel the service because I was not satisfied with the product and the efficacy of the service and which that time I was told to call back on a specific date to cancel if I didn't want to incur an early termination fee. On that date I called back and then I was informed that I had fulfilled my last payment, but I couldn't cancel the contract without receiving an early termination fee. I could not believe my ears, and tried to explain that it actually saves them product to no have to service my home, and still receive payment for a service that they did not have to provide. In the end I had to add a block on my account because he was adamant that I still needed to call back in to the company to cancel a service that I had already fulfilled my legal financial obligation on. I would highly recommend that you use a different company with transparency and ethical business practices with a product that actually works.

A guy repeatedly came to my home asking for my business and I decided to give them a try. After giving then ample time I felt the product wasn't as effective as the local companies I was using and the service wasn't as good. I even had to fight an ant problem myself. After they did not show up one month I discontinued my service. Now, 5/6 months later they charged my card and I am fighting unauthorized charges. They claim I signed an agreement. I did not sign anything and I did not agree to anything. Save yourself the headache and stay with your local companies that still pride themselves on service and customer care.

!!!!Police Called!!!! Hawx Pest Control Pest Guy knocks Again!!!!! They are hitting up Windsor Forest and police have been called a number of times. This is all on local Facebook group I have "NO" everything sign, then kicks over my outdoor light( which he broke) and keeps walking to my neighbor's house. I ran after him and told him I wasn't having it! Told me "wouldn't have kicked it over if you came to door the fast enough!" When I told him to put it back he informed me he was a professional fighter, then pulled out hand sanitizer and threatened to throw it in my face when asked to give me his paperwork from his company he was handling out he kept walking away. He decided that harassing the rest of the street wasn't a good idea and walked to another street. Couldn't download ring video but look at Hawx Facebook page.

Rashad and his two coworkers did an excellent job. No bullshitting and took care of other bugs that the customer didn’t even know about.

Rahman did a great job! He had wonderful customer service ...communicating in letting me know when he was arriving, what was happening while he was treating the yard, locking the gate after he was done ...very polite and helpful ...thank you!

Pamela was very kind and did a very good job at spraying the perimeter of my home. I would like to have Pamela as a permanent technician to service my property.

Your technicians Cecil & Pamela are wonderful! Every time they arrive they get straight to work and ask me if I have any issues so they can address it right away.
