Matt and his team are AMAZING!! I love using him to help make my tenants happy. Whether it's a squirrel, roach or the palmetto bug that people confuse as roaches in our area he is the man. Don't look at the big box but killers turn to the amazing local guy. OH and they are also great at TERMITES. They offer competitive termite bonds and can get the bugs out of your house. Thank you Matt and Team for all you do for me. I'm thankful to have you in my contacts to get the bugs and critters GONE!!

My technician was Armondo “Mondo”. He in great detail explained everything he was going to do. Often with service companies technicians just go through the motions. Mondo was very thorough and wanted to make sure I was happy. Five star service! Additionally the owner of the company (Matt) personally came out for the estimate and termite bait installation. How do you get better service than that? Highly, Highly recommend Truly Nolen of Savannah!

Mando serviced the exterior of our home today. Mando is very knowledgeable about pest control. He is very professional, but also courteous and friendly. I have no issues inside or outside my home with pests. I highly recommend Mando and Truly Nolan for your pest control needs.

Truly Nolan Pest Control was fantastic from start to finish. Matt and Sanchez were incredibly helpful, kind, and true experts when it came to getting rid of rodents in my attic and crawlspace. Matt, the owner, was very hands-on and did much of the work himself, which really showed how much he cares about his business and customers. I was especially impressed that they checked in and made sure everything was taken care of while I was out of the country — above and beyond service. If you ever find yourself with some unfortunate, freeloading roommates, call Truly Nolan first. They’ll take care of everything.

I had a yellow jacket nest in my home soffit. It was so large by the time I saw it, the nest was being built outside and on the surface of the soffit. I called a number of pest control companies, most won't treat bees even if the listing on the website shows bees. I called my own pest control company twice who didn't want to treat it, but finally agreed to spray them but only from the ground as they wouldn't get on a ladder. Unfortunately the spray only had minimal effect on the bees as it was a surface spray and the majority of the bees were inside the nest and never were touched with the spray. After many calls, I came across Matt, at Truly Nolen pest control. Yes he said they do bee removal. He agreed to come the next evening about 6:00pm. I didn't realize it at the time but he wanted to come after dark so the bees were in the nest so he could treat them all. He arrived as stated, placed a ladder up to the soffit, suited up in a bee proof suit with a screened face mask climbed up and opened the soffit and sprayed the nest. He first warned me to go into the house or move a distance away so I didn't get stung. He then treated the nest and immediately I could see hundreds of bees falling to the ground. He left saying he wanted to let the spray take effect and to make sure all were killed before he cleaned and reattached the soffit. The next day he returned, removed the nest, it was seven layers high and very large, he removed the nest, cleaned and reattached the soffit he had opened. Matt at Truly Nolen is your first call for bee removal. I already did all the research for you. Matt was very conscientious and concerned the removal was done properly and that I was happy. I have not seen a bee since he did the treatment and removal.

Good morning my wife and I called truly Nolan and the owner came out his name is Matt, Matt is a very professional guy and really stands behind what he says. The real reason I'm posting this review is the tech he sent over to the house, his name is Sanchez, and he came to the house went above and beyond the first time he came by, he came by a second time which was today and did it again, went above and beyond truly Nolan is my pest control company for life. Matt came out for the initial inspection of my home and I was very impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and the pricing seemed very reasonable. Then Mando arrived a few days later for the initial service and I was equally impressed. He explained everything before he started, was very professional and also very knowledgeable about the products and what each one was used for. This is a very minor and inconsequential detail, but he even lined up the screws after he was finished with the wall voids - very impressed with the attention to detail.

I had Truly Nolen out for an inspection and discussion on my rodent problem after another company, I'd used in the past, failed me on so many levels. Matt was, unquestionably, one of the most professional specialists I've ever had in my home, regardless of industry. I felt that he was really interested in solving my problem and not upselling me on high priced services that I may not need. Seems I may have found a company that cares about the customer.

I would recommend Truly Nolan to absolutely anyone in Savannah. Matt personally has come to my home for one off issues and concerns and always managed to figure out the problem and extend his help. All of the team are extremely customer forward, exceptionally personable, and are present to help you face anything you need. They are very forgiving with my overprotective terrier and always make sure the home is safe for her as well. Never had such an awesome experience with a service provider of any kind!

New to area and selected this company on previous reviews. I thought the initial charge of $600 was a lot, however, not knowing the area, went with the service and then paid $50 a month for quarterly service (that is how this company breaks it down). We needed additional services which we paid for and were never completed. After months of reaching out and with either an excuse or no response we cancelled services. It took several correspondences to get services cancelled with incomplete work. After doing additional research on pest control companies, I have learned that they overcharge.

I’ve had squirrels(what I believe are squirrels) in my attic for over 6 months now. Ive paid Truly Nolan $600 (for a “one way door” and trap placement) and not only do I still have squirrels, but they have not been able to identify for certain what type of animal lives here. They do not follow up with their interventions unless we call and ask them to do so. (You’d think they would call to confirm the job is done and the critters are no longer present, but never once have they done so, despite the fact that we keep calling to notify them we still hear noises). Part of the issue is that my attic is divided into 2 sections and it appears that they’re only treating half of it, not including the side where the squirrels live. At this point, I’ve given up calling them for follow ups. Hopefully my $5 moth balls will work better than this $600 door...

For some reason the guy (I think his name is Matt or something like that) didn’t want to provide services to me. We had an appointment scheduled for an inspection, I waited for an hour and then decided to call him, he said he was late but should be at my house in 35 minutes. I told him to reschedule because couldn’t be waiting longer, he said he could still show up and check the backyard, where the issue is at, and then he would send an estimate to my email. It’s been 4 days since then and I haven’t received anything, nor an email or a call. I can’t not recommend this company that for some reason I don’t know didn’t want to provide services.
