SavATree was amazing! The arborists were knowledgeable and showed such care in the trimming and pruning of our beloved laurel tree.

The guys were working on the neighbor’s yard and I asked them about a few tree things on mine. They gave me a fair price, did the work quickly and an excellent job of cleaning up. No more overhanging or dead limbs over the street, driveway or neighbor’s landscaping, and a lot more light on our property. Great work!

Terrible service. I just switched my lawn service to another company. They never showed up to fertilize my yard. No call, no e mail, nothing at all. I called repeatedly ( at least 8-10 times) with assurances my issues would be sent to management and someone would be out ASAP. Never happened. I would recommend anyone looking for lawn fertilizer or any other service from this company look elsewhere.

Poor communication and follow through. My contract mentioned removing the logs from my property, instead they shoved them to the back of my property which ruined my yard in the process of moving them to this location.

Three years ago, I hired them to prune two trees in my backyard, but they only did one tree and said they would come back the following day. I paid them 75% of the total cost even though they had only done about 50% of the work, and they never returned despite my phone calls and emails. Today they still send emails requesting that I pay them for the work that they never did!

I have been using SavaTree for 3 years. Their work is great, efficient and priced fairly. I have had them cut down an extremely large tree distroying a project homes foundation 4' in diameter ( no errors or damage the home) also trees surround by power lines trimmed to minimize all the crap falling in my pool, they trim palm trees and provide lawn treatment services. Knowledgable and efficient. I highly recommend SavaTree.

SavATree did a great job trimming our live oak as we are outside of Savannah's beautification circle. Basically to far from the tourists' eye for the city or county to spend the money on, so it is up to the homeowners to take care of the live oaks. But I dirgress, back to SavATree. I was impressed with the knowlege the arborist brought during the consult, laser pointer to show me exactly where cuts would be done as to not harm the tree. The team that came to do the work was on time, had great energy, and even did a little tree rodeo for us as the bucket couldn't be used. The team finished, cleaned up, and was gone like they were never there in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend!

Contacted Savatree to remove a large pine tree stuck by lightning, removal of a couple large limbs over my roof, trim a sweet gum away from my chimney. They did a masterful job, courteous and professional. yard was cleaner when they left then when they arrived. And their quote was much better than several others I received. Will use them again for any future issues for sure.

I work at a place that uses tree crews a lot and none of them hold up to the professionalism of Sav a tree. They were quick, friendly, modeled good safety practice and tidy with their work. The crew that trimmed my trees were knowledgeable and made excellent improvements to my trees! Yay team!! Excellent work and least expensive of all the tree companies I talked to.

I am so thankful that Savatree provided arborist knowledge, advice and well organized tree removal in a difficult urban setting with lots of moving parts. Thank you for your expertise, professionalism, and assistance with this project. John was responsive and accessible for questions and concerns. They have been guiding us along the way (for years) as we worked to make good decisions about the tree.

We hired this company to remove a few trees from our property. The tree removal was completed as requested and the climbers were highly skilled. However, we were disappointed by the overall lack of care for our property and overall professionalism. The manager, Chris, requested to use our driveway to make the job “safer”, in which we allowed, trusting their judgment as they were the professionals. Unfortunately, a significant crack was left in our driveway due to the weight of their bucket truck. When the manager brought the crack they made to our attention, while anxiously smoking a cigarette in front of us, (the customers) before we could say anything he defensively added “It’s not like your driveway doesn’t already have cracks!” which we found extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Since he claimed they could not do anything about the damage they literally caused, we requested some sort of discount on our final price. While the manager, Chris, initially mentioned offering $50–$100 off the total price, that was not granted. In addition to the crack, one of our rose bushes were also run over, despite their assurance that the area would be avoided. In addition, the manager, Christopher, continuously smoked on our property throughout the job, which we found extremely unprofessional. As a “professional”, it was his responsibility to assess the risks, (like realizing a bucket truck is extremely to heavy for a residential driveway) and take precautions to avoid harming our property. It does not matter if you are doing work in The Landings or in a trailer park everyone’s property should be treated with respect.

We have used Savatree 3 times with great results every time.

Great service, but communication could be better.

They did a wonderful job. My yard was seriously overgrown, and they totally cleaned it up. They pruned trees and bushes, removed a large tree and ground the stump. They were on time, efficient, and generally amazing. My yard looks great

My oak is about 28 years old and has a 65 foot drip line. The guys at SavATree have done great work on her each time she needed treatment. Good people as well!

Chris was responsive getting a quote together and arranging for a crew to get to work. John and his crew were very professional efficient and hard-working. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I’ll definitely be using them for my yearly palm tree trimming. Thanks
