I did my due diligence in searching for a company to assist with my home needs and decided to give Team Pest a chance based on their high reviews. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. The customer service I experienced — all the way up through management — was less than adequate, especially in terms of communication. They made us sign a contract saying that they will make another trip whenever we see pests after the initial application. Sure enough, we did see a lot of bugs and called them. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years with Pest USA. They have completely lost their focus on caring for the customer the past several years. We used them for wildlife removal (had squirrels in our attic) and they didn’t follow proper procedure and closed the entry without using the reversible trap so the poor baby squirrels were trapped inside and dying.
