We were not notified of our annual termite service and as a result did not know we needed to make accommodations for our dog who stays in the back yard most of the day. The service technicians left the gate unlatched or open, I'm not sure which, so our dog spent most of the day roaming the neighborhood. Arrow always does a thorough job. I especially like how prompt they are when pests (ants) may be coming into the house after a treatment. They will come out for a re-treatment and make sure the problem is resolved. The technicians are always courteous and professional. Our current technician, Anthony, does a great job.
