Kyle is fantastic, very thorough and detailed, always communicating a couple of days in advance to let us know he's coming and what to expect.

They have good service and good rates. I've used a few different pest control companies over the years, but I stopped shopping when I found One Dead Bug (acquired by HonorGuard). After One Dead Bug was sold, Danny reached out to explain the situation and that he was going to continue working with HonorGuard. I've had a couple of services since the switch and the service was just as good as always.

Ricky is the BEST!! We had him when we lived in lilburn, and were absolutely thrilled to learn we got to keep him when we went to Lawrenceville. So grateful to honor guard. They are so wonderful, down to earth and good at what they do. And always happy to come out and deal with pests anytime. 10/10.

Hi! I am adding to my review from 6 years ago. Todd is the man who services our home, and he has been our technician for the past 10 years. When I texted him Monday, I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from him in about 30 minutes. I had a snake in the basement and not only did he talk me through it, he came by an hour or so later to check out the surrounding area. Who gives that kind of service?! Thanks to Honor Guard for taking care of our pest issues. The technicians at Honorguard are always available if we need them, but the truth is that we rarely need them between service calls. I highly recommend this company.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always been impressed with their responsiveness and quality of service. My technician, Ricky, always makes sure to check in with me every month to let me know what services he will be providing on the current visit. He is unfailingly friendly and professional, and I sincerely appreciate his constant commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Ricky is always so pleasant and wears a genuine smile when he comes to the door upon arrival. I enjoy our brief chats, as I come from an era where one gets to know their service providers and I believe it's a lost human connection. Ricky represents the standard for service that others should strive to attain. He always asks how the mosquito service has fared since last visit and he listens with an attentive ear, willing to make adjustments where needed. Ricky spends the extra time to know his clients and has great attention for detail.

5 Stars! Diego, my service provider, is very friendly and truly cares whether my house is pest free or not. He is knowledgeable and is always there when I need him. The office staff is friendly, helpful and just plain awesome.

I’m only posting this bad review in the hope that they will actually contact me. I’ve asked numerous times for a manager to contact me and they won’t. We have used them for a couple years and have never had more roaches. Honestly never seen a dead roach while they have been doing my pest control. They never did the initial treatment where they were supposed to come inside. They won’t call me to discuss any issues. They never call before they do service so I don’t know if they even actually do it. They forge my signature on every work order.

DON'T. Just DON'T. Sales rep came to my home 2 days in a row. Wouldn't tell me what he wanted. Gave me a long history. I let him speak to my husband after I asked him to leave. 2nd day, shows up at my kids' bedtime and calls me hostile because I asked him to leave again and told him we have pest control and are not switching. Never had someone be so rude in my entire life. And YOU want me to use your company?? NO WAY!!!

THEY are the PEST that infest our neighborhood. Our neighborhood is gated and does not allow solicitors yet they disregard signs. They are extensively discussed in our neighborhood group. They are often chased away from our doors at all hours of the day and night with calls made to the police. Poor business practice, extremely sketchy men who simply do not care about their reputation. I wouldn't use them if THEY paid ME.

I broke my rule of not signing a contract with a door-to-door salesperson, but we've had an ant problem in our kitchen lately. I figured the 3-day right of rescission would let me back out if my due diligence turned up anything dodgy or alarming. I searched them online, and they have a lot of good reviews here. Most of the bad ones are from people who don't like the door-to-door sales. So today their technician showed up to treat our house for ants. He walked in without a mask and without asking if that was OK. I asked him if he had been vaccinated, and he said no. I asked him to wear a mask, and he said he didn't have one with him. I told him we had some, and he could have one. He refused. He said he's been tested and doesn't need a mask. We asked him to leave and he did. Seriously, HonorGuard? This is how you treat customers? How much COVID have you spread in the past year? I know most people are vaccinated and COVID is waning here in the Atlanta area, but this behavior shows a clear disregard for their customers. After the technician left, I signed and mailed the cancellation form.

Really creepy door to door soliciting and they came twice in the same day. First time I was working and on a call. They knocked several times and lingered a long time. Second time they came at about 8:30pm and rang the doorbell while our baby was sleeping. Answered it this time to a guy saying he was looking to make a buck and help people. He was from honor guard and I told him not interested in soliciting. Does not seem like a good setup to get new business.

A really nice kid (claiming to be the son of the owner) performing the sales door to door – very intelligent and polite. Followed by completely ineffective service, accompanied with constant explanations to lower my expectations of the effectiveness, due to “neighbors not using a service”, or due to “mosquitoes or cockroaches population boom” and whatever else. The catch 22 - you sign a 12-month agreement which in order to break, you have to pay 60% of the amount remaining. A total rip-off. I have used much, much more effective and reasonably priced services and I am going back to them.

I only have experience with the door to door salesperson, but I had to tell this person I’m not interested approximately 25 times (through a window that unfortunately I have my desk at for working) until he finally left with a roll of his eyes. Not a great first impression. Also, came to my door without a mask so not sure what type of protocol management has in place.

Owners of Honor Guard - exactly what are you referring to when claim to be following guidelines - would you consider this encounter following safety guidelines? He's been around our neighborhood annoying all of us since last week, along with a sales girl. Does the company have a permit to solicit, bc he sure didnt have anything to show. Continued to multiple houses, even after he was repeatedly told to leave. And this is not the first year, you all have come knocking.

Talk about screwed up priorities. You are sending door to door sales people out to ring on the doors of homes to try and get sales? Some people are high risk and deliberately trying to remain isolated. What is wrong with your company? You are coming up to people in their driveway handing them flyers and trying to shake our hands in a greeting? PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO REMAIN ISOLATED. This neighborhood is a NO SOLICITATION area and it is posted. You do not care about the safety of people in their homes, so I would never even consider using your company as a service.

I was having problems with what we call water bugs. . . the flying kind. The ones I saw were flying and not even close to dead. I called Honorguard. I specifically asked that a technician come out but to call before he comes so he could come inside and treat. I received a receipt for a treatment but never heard from the technician and see no evidence that anyone was even here. There was no card. No nothing. I immediately cancelled the service. All they want is $$$. Absolutely would not recommend this company. EVER.
