Thomas came today for the first treatment after I signed up for Orkin. He seemed to be in a hurry and kept repeating that the house is too big and that it us usually takes him 30 min for the job and it’s taking much longer. He removed some cobbwebs but left a significant amount untouched. He placed some mouse traps in crawl space and didn’t do anything for all the spiders and cobbwebs in the crawl space. I'm not the owner,I'm tenant. I have to tell them everywhere to put the roach bait,when I called to schedule the time for the exterminator to come, he came at 12: 00 not between 2:00 & 4;00,so he had to come back at 2:00. He's supposed to spray the Perimeter outside of the house the last 2 times they haven't. I wouldn't use them but the property owner did. I would have used Chandler Exterminator Company, family owned and they got rid of the roaches within 2 months. If I could afford it I woul

I don’t know why I received this text message. I am assuming it is because they can to do the termite inspection. I will never use Orkin ever again. They do not communicate effectively. Further they absolutely refuse to communicate even after being requested to do so. The absolute worse company and customer service I have ever experienced.
