A representative came out to inspect our house and give me a quote to get rid of some mice in our attic. While the quote was significant, it was completely in-line with other quotes I received from competing companies. The difference with the Stinger rep. is that he likely found the true entry point for the mice that the other companies missed. Only time will tell, but so far, so good.

I LOVE Neil! He has been coming to our office for a while now. A year or so, not real positive. I found, what I consider to be, a rather big spider O.o so the company hired stinger to come out so many times a year. I have only seen a living bug ONE time since. Contacted our pest solutions hero -Neil- and he informed me what it was and how it likely got in. He was absolutely right! We managed to fix that problem and it has been beautifully pest free for (definitely) over a year 🤔 he has a great personality, knowledgeable, and has provided amazing results! Stinger is always my suggestion when people mention a bug problem!

If there are 100 pest control companies in Atlanta, I predict there are 99 others better than this one. 3 months ago, they sent some kid to come treat our house, who left half way thru the service, claiming he had to come back - which he never did. I unfortunately have a termite warranty with stinger (came from the previous owners) also. They told me they voided my termite contract due to not paying for the service that wasn't completed and said they sent the invoice to collections. This came via email. I called, they agreed to send someone else out to complete the job. He just left after telling me that all the items on our list were our fault including, get this , that the pantry moths are the fault of our grocery store and we should buy our food from another store. Seriously, stay away from this company. It's obvious from the recent reviews that they are spending more of their time threatening customers than they are solving pest control problems

We've been using Stinger for over 11 years and have found them to be terrific. They have been extremely helpful . Very professional and friendly folks. And we've had no pests. We recently moved to an older 100 year old farm house. Every creature in the world was trying to find their way into the house. One visit by Stinger and no roaches, ants,spiders, r whatever. We kept up with the quarterly service and have had zero issues. Terrific service. Without any hesitation, I recommend Stinger to anyone looking for a pest control service.

Unprofessional administration who doesn't hear put customer concerns, cuts you off while you are talking. We had the same issue after getting repairs recommended and spending over $1000 on service.

We had squirrels in our attic. Gone. We had mice in our basement. Gone. They handle our termite protection as well. Fast, courteous and thorough. Pricing is good and they actually care about their work and their customers. I highly recommend Stinger.

Awful! They seem very friendly at first and they do have decent prices...don't fall for it! I have had nothing but trouble with them since I started using them. I had ants and it took them coming out to my house 4 or 5 times to correct the issue. They are supposed to de-cobweb every time they spray. That is rarely done. The biggest headache is that they can't get their customer service/office ladies to use their brains. They are supposed to come out quarterly... Before you know it, they are coming out more than four times a year and are trying to charge you for it. Then, when you call to figure the issue out, they say that the owner will get back to you and he will never call - and then you will get a call saying they are sending you to collections. I have to call at least 2 to 3 times a year to fix issues and it is the biggest waste of time. Don't waste your time with this company. It is a joke!

Great and efficient service

I had a terrible ant problem at my summer home. These guys made it seen like they were never even there! What a great value.
