THEY PRETENDED TO TREAT THE YARD! Attached are 3 security videos. 1 Showing what the good spray looks like. By the time they got to the middle part (video 2), it starts running out. Video 3 — nothing coming out and they're clearly pretending. The entire left side (The main part that had the mosquitos) was left untreated. Contacted the company and sent them the videos. They said they'll send someone out to re-treat it. I got an email saying they redid it, then reviewed the security cameras to verify... and they never even showed up. Retreatment Never happened. Falsified half of original treatment. And Falsified Retreatment. At this point... Fraudulent Business is NOT Good Business. I allowed more than enough time for them to fix it... and they never did.

We noticed a big difference in mosquito activity within a short time after treatment. The whole process was quick and easy, and the customer service was great. Their product does NOT work. And the customer service must be sold separately because they could care less that their product doesn’t work. Being able to talk to some who speaks English is also next to impossible. No one has the authority to issue a refund. I guess I should have paid attention to the ratings before hiring them. There is a reason they barely have 2 stars. If I could leave less than 1 star I would but I don’t have that option! Use at your own risk!!!! Do NOT use this Company!!
