I had an appointment scheduled for April 21st with Geoff to come out and inspect my yard to treat a horrible mosquito infestation. My appointment was made over the phone with a staff member and then I received a text confirmation from Geoff on the 21st at 7pm. He then confirmed the time for my first appointment on the 22nd at 8:40am via text. I was supposed to be seen Thursday the 24th between 1:30-3:30. I received a text on Thursday morning at 11:49 stating the rain has caused delays and my appointment would be moved to the weekend or the following week. I requested the first available appointment and Geoff text “Absolutely! It looks like we have time to be in the area tomorrow if that works for you. Does after 1 and before 4 still work for you?” I confirmed the window of time still works for my schedule. The day of my appointment, around 3:30pm I received a call that my address was put into the gps and I “was not in their service area”. My biggest issue is between my first call and the last text message is that NOBODY thought to check my location to let me know they did not service Marietta. In the text confirming my appointment after canceling he mentioned “we have time in the area tomorrow if that works for you”. The text conversation suggests I am in the service area and my last phone conversation I was told I was not in their service. I was very patient and understanding but this conflicting information had me concerned my yard was not treated for other unknown reasons. I am a single mother of (2) an 11 year old son and a now 1 year old daughter and a 3 year old Pomeranian who all enjoy running around outside but because of this infestation of mosquitoes we aren’t able to fully and safely enjoy our yard. This was explained when I first booked over the phone. The lady who scheduled was kind and gave me her personal experience with their products, which made me very interested in receiving the non toxic treatment as well. I was guaranteed I would enjoy this treatment as it was safe for kids and animals and smelled great! I am very disappointed in the outcome and do not plan on referring neighbors, clients or friends. An apology call was made the day I was cancelled on 30 mins before my appointment but that still left me with a yard full of mosquitos and potentially having to receive a toxic treatment due to the severity of my infestation. For future clients it might be best if their address is confirmed and they are notified if they are in your service area or not the day they call.

Geoff does a thorough job and has provided suggestions of areas in the yard that are causing mosquitoes. He is always very helpful. I love that his product is eco-friendly and do not contain harmful chemicals. This is important since we have kids and a pet that play in our yard.

Great experience with Geoff and the team at GeoMosquito. Not going to lie, we were a little skeptical of going with a natural solution at first. But after using them last year, we’ve experienced some great results in additional to having a very pleasant smell after they spray! It’s nice to know that we are still getting results while also having something sprayed that is better for our family and the environment. Geoff is very knowledgeable and helps point out some potential things that we can also do to help keep the mosquito population down

We've been utilizing GeoMosquito for the last 3 years. Not only has it substantially reduced the mosquitos, but their proprietary formula also repels them away so that my family can enjoy the yard (Bite Free) and create special memories. The eco-friendly solution has brought more of the pollinators back and we've seen lots of butterflies in our garden and hummingbirds on our back deck which feels so good to see. Highly recommend!
