Extremely rude and unprofessional communication from the owner over text and lacking customer service Good pest service, very helpful and friendly pest technicians but continued to see bugs especially spiders during service. But scheduling a time with the scheduler is always very difficult and is lacking customer service.

The people that work here are very kind. I have a giant Malamute in my backyard and the guys are friendly with him and he doesn’t growl. To me, it shows a lot when a normally huge grumpy dog likes 2 people he only sees every 3 months. Nowadays it’s kind of taking a leap of faith to allow anyone around ur house. I appreciate that I can set up an appointment, leave a check outside and not worry.

I reached out to Precision Pest about servicing my house after seeing their trucks around my nieghborhood. I didn't know they were going to send a Greek God of a man to my house to take care of the initial appointment. Cody was very thorough in going around the house and cleaning all the debris from the awnings and then spraying inside and out. We are already seeing results from his work. I hope they keep sending this eye candy out. My wife asks how often they service and can Cody come out once a week. In all seriousness, very attentive, very throrough, and easy to deal with. They are a very good business to use and I would consider them when looking for Pest Control
