I hardly ever do reviews for businesses, but I had to give the Newnan Knox team 5 stars (more if I could). They answered the phone at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday and had someone out here Monday. Brian was fantastic coming out for the inspection for birds in our vents/attic and Kevin went above and beyond taking care of the issue. Will be moving our quarterly service to Knox based on these great interactions. Glad to see customer service still being prioritized these days. Great team.

Zach is amazing. Fewest bugs I have ever seen indoors since he started treating our office. Makes it seem the companies we used in the past didn’t even treat.
Update: District Manager, Taylor, reached out and was very understanding. Got everything taken care of. Thank you. I have tried to email and call several times about an issue with service. I told the technicians prior to my last service in September that they should not come back and service the home because the builder provided the warranty and service for the home until that time. In September they still came back to the home when I was not there and it created a final bill for me and not the builder. To avoid collections I paid the balance anyway after several notices. I’ve been trying to call and get some sort of refund or some sort of resolution as to why I still got a final service and bill. Each time I talk to someone, I am told they will call back. I just want to say this company is amazing. We have had so many issues at our house most recently with unwanted wildlife. Taylor and Zach have come out multiple times to check our house and always do a top notch job. It is the week of thanksgiving and these guys came over to fix our problem. Not only are they taking care of the problem but they have become family and we are so grateful for them!! I have to also shout out Lily at the front desk she is always so friendly and gets our problems taken care. Thank you to these guys!! 50/10 recommend they will help you out!!!

I have used Knox for many years for pest control, termite bait system and lawn care. The employees are always nice, friendly and prompt.

Technician never showed up during scheduled service day on July 5th. Not sure why you all responded saying I wasn't in your system. Perri was supposed to come out on July 5. See attached picture.

Good company, but they don't give much notice about when they are planning to come out and spray or do their service. We tend to get a text message 1-2 days prior that someone will be in the neighborhood and they want to do our service. When we text back, we don't get a quick response so half the time they show up when we aren't expecting them, or aren't ready for them. I wish they were more responsive about scheduling appointments, and not just trying to do it when "someone is in the area" (we live in a major city, there should be some flexibility). Otherwise we really do like the company, they've been very responsive whenever we have issues and always do a great service. I just wish it wasn't a surprise every time they were stopping by.

The apartment complex on manage uses Knox. I called because they missed their scheduled appointment with us and when I called I learn the young man who have been servicing our account was no longer with them but they just let our account slide so after several calls Alberto 3 days I did get to speak with a manager actually came out and did the service himself. This was the second time in the four months I've been with this complex that they did not service the account this was the first time they made it right. I am not really sure that the products they use do what we need them to do. I'm super sensitive insects the sides and I can actually sit in my office while they spray this stuff and never know they had sprayed it unless I open my eyes and watch them. My head of Maintenance keeps my off of sprayed and I don't have bugs. I do greatly appreciate that n came out of the office and into the field to make up the service to us in September. But still overall between service how long it took to get the matter rectified different times that we've had to deal with them as Ben are for myself and upper management to get stuff taken care of and with the lack of what I consider quality control with their spraying I can't in good conscience give the company's service more than a 3-star two's not enough threes too much there's not a 2.5 choice.
