Was given a 2 hour window and the tech called at the end of that window to let me know he was still 20 minutes out. Then he rushed. The biggest issue was in the attic and he claimed he walked every inch of the attic and saw no wasp nests. So I walked up into the attic and pointed out 3 very obvious nests. At which time he ran out of spray. He also said he had to use the flashlight on his phone because he lost his actual flashlight. I also watched him trying to get his chemicals together in the b

My technician Shay is the ABSOLUTE best but the receptionists(or whatever her position is) has a very very very very very very nasty attitude. I have never experienced so much RUDENESS with a company in my 24yrs in business. I love orkin don't get me wrong but the she lied and tried to degrade me during my extremely unpleasant conversation with her gives me second thoughts about this company, just simply because they would allow someone with NO PEOPLE'S SKILLS to communicate with PAYING customer

I had to moved my days because of mine and my husband's work hours. No one is home but on Saturdays. The last time the bug guy came to my house he was here maybe 7 to 10 minutes and was gone. I have bug and now fleas really bad. My dog has never had fleas until now. I can say yes, I may not have paid up to date all the time. But as of this morning I'm sitting looking at my check for you to pay up to date as well as this treatment. But no one has called or showed up. I am very upset. My daughter
