The consistency we have with our amazing technician, Joe Murray, is probably the biggest factor. When we first engaged with you, we often saw different technicians and that was very frustrating. Your communication is really excellent, too. Both on the inside staff and with our technician. The results have been excellent considering where we started and how we’ve been able to maintain great results despite challenges with our older home. We love Joe personally and professionally - he’s definitely someone we would want on any project we’re involved with - not just pest management.

Bob if phenomenal! Any time we have any insect issue, we are able to connect with him to get it addressed. He has worked with us and our busy schedule to address and handle our insect issues. Living in the south, there are many bugs, insect and pest issues, luckily we have Bob and Northwest exterminating to help handle these issues.

Had ants all over my house and they wanted to schedule me 2 weeks out. After yelling, kicking and screaming they told me that they would squeeze me in 3 days later. Will be looking for another exterminating at all my homes

My satisfaction with this company was high until issues arose with automatic payments and organizational aspects. Regrettably, these shortcomings compelled me to transition to another company. Failure to resolve these problems could result in a significant loss of customers.

It does not seem like they are servicing as agreed. My outside of full of spiderwebs that have been there for months.

Worst customer service. Do not waste your time with this company. God forbid if you ever have an issue, you will never get a response.

No return call from after hours service.

I have waited to long to post this review. While Northwest always had no problems billing. I often had to walk around my house to make sure what was checked on the paperwork had actually been done. On at least two occasion's items checked on the paperwork had not actually been completed. The real kicker that finally made me pull the plug on them. I purchased my home in 2013. Upon my purchase this home already had Termite Stations purchased and installed by the previous homeowner some 2 years before. Once I moved in Northwest offered to do my pest control and termite control. They reused the bait stations already in the ground, they did not install new ones. Fast forward to 2015. I am prepared to choose a new vendor. Northwest shows up and takes the termite bait stations. I asked for evidence that they owned these stations, since they are now almost 5 years old. They were installed prior to my purchase of the home so how do I know that Northwest Owns these stations? Your on my property taking things out of the ground without showing evidence of ownership. The technician said since they had been servicing them, they owned them. That was the last time I ever hope to work with a Northwest Rep again. Took my business elsewhere and never looked back!

The Newnan office is a complete mess. I received a quote on Saturday the 15th and agreed to the green elite plan. I was told the office would call me on Monday the 17th to set up a time to begin the service. Monday: no contact. Tuesday: no contact. Finally on Wednesday I called them. They explained it was a computer error that the office didn't get the email from the salesman. Funny that I received it. So they set me up for a service call on Thursday. Here is why they are getting a 1 star review. The dude digging the holes for the sentricon system busted one of my sprinkler pipes. He bored the hole straight through the pipe. Did he tell anyone? Of course not. He simply moved a foot over and installed it there. I noticed it on Friday and immediately called the man who did the work Joe Slate. While he did agree to come fix the pipe why on Earth did this man not just inform me and fix it the day of. Why? Because the Newnan branch of this company is a complete trainwreck. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company. I have attached photos in the comments.
